Course Curriculum Overview

Undoubtedly the course Is good enough.i suggest to remove extra subject like FEEE from 1st year 2nd semester because it is useless for a boy who wants to be civil engineer there is also a subject IT but in this digital time it helps us to be a little bit smarter but FEEE is useless for civil engineers.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 100 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

It's a government college so tution fee is low(rs50).And extra charges are semester fees those are also not two much you can complete whole course in 4000(only college fee). You can get svmcm scholarship if you choose this course after 10th class

Campus Life

Every festival like annual fest, magazine fest, freshers party,Holi every thing is celebrated here properly. every student join those fests . Every year a reunion party is organised by the college students.

Admission

You will eligible for this course after 10th class by its entrance exam JEXPO. You can get Direct 2nd year admission after 12th by its entrance exam VOCLET but there is a condition you have to be a science student or vocational.

Faculty

Faculty is good and teachers are also good in behaviour,they will help you to understand every topic and they will also help you if you call them in any problem.if you attend every class properly no tution will need to study

My Experience at TPI as a 3rd Year Diploma Undergrad

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are good. Big names are associated with TPI for campus placements. But for Computer Science students, very few companies arrive, that too with very less salaries. (not worth it). It is generally reccomendable if you can do a Btech is come college and work on your skills there, your employbility gets higher. Highest package from Computer Science is 20 LPA (off-campus) and lowest package is 1.8 LPA (on-campus). Generally on campus placements range from 2 to 3 LPA.

Placement Experience:

We college have many companies like tata motors, cumming company, dana limites, spices limited, Ashok Leyland. Mahindra. L and t company and much more high package is 3.5 lakh per annum aur department students got 90 per cent placed. I have been placed in tata motors which gives me 3.2 lacs per annum. My plan is to do b tech at Jadavpur University.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placement in the final year of the diploma course. Most companies like Wipro TCS visit our college. The average package is 5 lahks and 90 percent of students got placed in every branch.

Best start for a professional life

Placement Experience:

From fifth semester semester students became eligible for campus drive recruitment. And college also started campus drive. As i earlier mentioned that campus drive are not that much satisfying at all during 2012-2014. I was passed out at 2014 & in my time there's only one company came for civil engineering branch except that all are IT companies. For electronics & telecommunication and Computer science student there's lots of scope at that period. Some of them got package of 3.6 lakh per annum which may be the highest package as far as i know during my days. In an average we get 2 lakh per annum package. I just set one campus drive recruitment of Printika pvt. Ltd. which recruited almost 15 civil engineer from our branch. They offered 2 lakh per annum package to all. As a percentage of placed student from my branch is almost 20%. Overall from 2014 batch it'll be 30-50%. Unfortunately i didn't placed from that placement drive as I'm planning for higher study.

From 5th semester students are eligible for campusing. Badve autotech pvt ltd. A1 fence products pvt. Ltd. Crescent foundry and so many companies are visited our campus and offerd almost every students for job.the highest package is 1.80 lpa and lowest is 1.44 lpa. There re almost 60 percent students are placed and rests are getting prepare for next campusing.My plan is doing job after completing this degree.
