The curriculum is according to the recent market. The curriculum develops students as market-ready. The curriculum includes recent technology which is in scope. Exams happen regularly in two months and the difficulty level is medium.

Tuition fee increases every year by some percentage. Various scholarships are available. According to scholarship, we get benefits. All scholarship details are present in the scholarships portal according to the criteria we can avail scholarships.

Various clubs are created by students. Students can join clubs based on their interests e.g. photography club, trekking club, etc some technical clubs are there. These clubs organize various events. The sports club is one of the best clubs.

Admission

Two types of eligibility for admission 1. After 12th 2. After diploma We can get admission in the first year through the cap round after the 12th which is based on MHT-CET. After the CET result. We can get admission in the direct second year after the diploma.

Supportive Staff. Faculty encourage to students practice in various competitions state as well as national level competitions. Faculty regularly get updates from students. Faculty and student committees arrange events from those Events students can learn and enjoy.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. It is one of the oldest and renowned colleges in all of western Maharashtra. During the 90s it was among the top 3 colleges in western Maharashtra. The faculty here are very well versed in the subject they teach. Today around 50% of the faculty here have a experience of above 20 years. The college is also very well placed in terms of location. The main MIDC of the city is located just 2km away from the college,due to which there is ample chance of practical exposure for the students. All the seniors as well as juniors study together,bullying thing is not at all a thing in the college, atmosphere in college is always very energetic no matter what is the weather outside.No one will regret the 4 years they spend at this college....Read More
