It is one of the oldest and renowned colleges in all of western Maharashtra. During the 90s it was among the top 3 colleges in western Maharashtra. The faculty here are very well versed in the subject they teach. Today around 50% of the faculty here have a experience of above 20 years. The college is also very well placed in terms of location. The main MIDC of the city is located just 2km away from the college,due to which there is ample chance of practical exposure for the students. All the seniors as well as juniors study together,bullying thing is not at all a thing in the college, atmosphere in college is always very energetic no matter what is the weather outside.No one will regret the 4 years they spend at this college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Recently college came under BATU affiliation due to which the course syllabus is one of the most updated among all Universities in the state.As the college is located with 2 km from the main MIDC,there is ample industrial exposure.50% of the faculty in the college has a experience of above 20 years and they have the deepest knowledge of their field for example. The HOD of mechanical engineering Mr Hemant mandave sir has a Phd and a 35 years of experience.His knowledge in terms of metrology and quality control is best in class.

Job opportunities at the college are ample,and the placement committee ensures that each and every student gets equal opportunity at the placement process.MNC companies such as TCS,CRANE FLOW PROCESSES,KSB PUMPS,and many more companies come each year for the placements.As it is a old and reputated college the alumni network of the college is very strong.Alumins frequently visit the college and motivate students for the better future ahead of them.
College Events
Along with the regular academic activities,there are also various technical as well as non technical events organised by both faculties as well as students council. Every year there is a national level conference in which students can present their research papers for the unique topic they've worked on. On selection from this round their paper is reviewed by top minds in the country and awards are given likewise.there are bevy of cultural activities carried out in the college which includes mismatch day,sherwani day and many more.But the main attraction in cultural activities is the traditional day in which all the department students of each branch tries to put forth the traditions of our country. There are 4 performances each per department. Due to department level activity, each student from each department works extremely hard and is passionate to prove his/her department is the best.
Campus Life
Various types of sports are being played at the college.There are special sporting events for sports like cricket, volleyball,and also for traditional games such as kabaddi due to which there is a ample chance for all the students. The college is equipped with jio wifi throughout the campus,the library is spacious and has all the books a student will require during his curriculum and more so. Various magazines are also available in the library and there is a spacious and quiet place for studying of students. The labs also are well equipped and are well maintained.
