The best college for College life and future growth.

The curriculum of my course is updated and also very interesting.Include various subjects like finacial,cost accounting,HRD etc.It is suitable for further studies like post graduation or MBA. It can also helps in preparation of CA.Exams are conducted 2 times in a year.Timing are given 3 hour for 90 marks theory exam.The difficulty is not so difficult ,it remains moderate.

Students have a lot of opportunities for internships. The internship cell of this college is very active and provides internships frequently. Mainly internship is provided to 2nd and 3rd year students. Many companies provide internships like Sunstone, Samsung, EY, Accenture, and HCL. These are provided in different domains like marketing, sales, consulting, and data analytics. Both types of internships is provided-work from home and office work.

So college provides campus placement in this course. The placement in the college starts in the 5th semester. Many big companies visited like Deloitte,Samsung, Infosys etc. Around 400 offers are made in 2023 for this course. The highest package was around 39 lacs. And the average package is around 5.5 lacs per year. All students do not sit for placement as many opt for masters.

The fees of college depend upon the course and category of the student. For Bcom hons, general student, it is almost 24000 per year. It has increased every year almost by 500 rs. Fees are to be paid at the beginning of the year at one time. You can apply for Central government scholarships like NSP etc. The college also provides its own financial assistance to financially weaker students. It is based on their performance category and income level. It can be 25%/50%/75% or 100% also. College has an internship cell and also a placement cell which provides various opportunities to students frequently related to jobs and internships. They also provide seminars related to skill enhancement and professional development.

The campus life is best in Hansraj College due to its crowd. You can find a lot of students enjoying the college. Here annual fest is conducted named Confluence . It has conducted in 2024 after 5 years. In the library, there is good seating capacity and having lot of books. You can easily find books related to your course and also other interesting books. All classrooms are air-conditioned and have projectors for presentation. The size of classrooms are big having 2 doors and windows. There is very good scope for sports. Hansraj sports society conducts their annual sports competition, Khelo Hansraj every year. The college has football, basketball,cricket team. College has around 30 society based on different skills, interests. These helps in overall development of students.

To gain admission to the college, Now CUET entrance exam is conducted for the entire Delhi University. College is allocated as per marks in that exam. Eligibility for this course is to give English language+ accounts/maths+any 2 domain subject. It is conducted in May or June month all over India. Reservation benefit is also provided.I got 728 marks out of 800 in CUET with the EWS category and got Hansraj in 1st cutoff. The whole admission process is online. After declaring the result, just fill preference list of colleges. Then you will be allotted college as per marks. You can accept the college or opt for an upgrade. After opting, pay the fees and your admission will be confirmed.

The faculty of college is good.Even some teachers are very helpul to students. We can discuss any problem with them.Their approach is to teaching is very friendly.They ensure class participation by actively encouraging the students to speak.You can interact and approach them anytime in college. College have also started mentorship program.
