Likes

The student crowd is very good and diverse
The seniors are very helpful and are pretty chill
There is no ragging in the college or the hostel

Dislikes

It’s away from the city which makes it a bit harder to get stuff and go out
The food in the hostel could have been better and they could provide fruits
Hostel rooms could have been a bit better maintained and the paint is faded

Course Curriculum Overview

The course I chose is electrical and electronics engineering due to my own interest. In our branch we get a lot of internship opportunities and the branch will take care of finances for all of our projects and we also got 100% placement recorded since the past 4 years.

Class Size: 72Course Fees: INR 162000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are many industries that come to provide internship opportunities in our branch. There is a possibility of you getting a job in the same company you did the internship for if you perform well.the company that come here in close Texas Instruments, Bosh, Siemens limited and so on.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee in our branch is 1.62 lakhs and the is sector is close to 2 lakhs to 3 lakhs depending on the branch the hostel is 86000 rupees per year. Scholarships are provided for students with good ranks in NUCAT. The scholarship might get cancelled if you don't score well in the tests

Campus Life

There is an annual fest called Incridea it is basically made up of three words innovate,create and ideat. It's a 4 day long feat held in the even semisters. The technical fest is called is AIKIYA.there are multiple clubs some are hobbie based and some are technical like the Aeroclub which is one of the best in India .

Hostel Facilities

There are 2 hotels One is the pg hostel and the other is the main hostel there is mostly dual sharing in the roooms we can opt for AC or non AC rooms AC rooms cost a bit more than the non AC. The food is average we get two mess options north based and south based food.

Hostel Fee: INR 86000 per year

Admission

You got to write a test called NUCAT for admission. It is available both in online and offline.The details of this test is given on their website and even the fee structure for each course is provided there.

Placement Experience:

Students in my college have a very good amount of campus placements where students become eligible from the final year 7th semester however the placement cell starts training from the 1st year means 1st semester itself like training for aptitude test, coding and mock interviews. Top it companies like TCS infosys, wipro, Accenture, capgemini, cognizant, IBM, tech mahindra mind tree. The campus receives 300+ offers. The average package 8 - 10 LPA and highest package 54 LPA. Every year 90% students are placed. After my degree i am planning to higher studies in abroad.

My College Story

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is generally detailed and aligned with industry Expectations but there is still scope for modernisation in certain areas.Overall i would like to rate 8/10. The syllabus include both theoretical and multiple lab components which ensures hands on learning. The practical labs like programming work and project with learning help students understand how concepts are applied in real work places. A few theory heavy subjects feel outdated and no longer match the current industry demand this could be revised or replaced.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester, but the overall placement scenario in DSCE for CSE is below average. Not even 50% of students get placed in good companies. Most students end up getting offers from mass recruiters or in sales and non-tech roles. Only a small percentage of top performers get decent technical packages. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, and a few mid-tier companies visit the campus, but the number of high-package, core-tech roles is very limited. The average package is on the lower side compared to other top COMEDK colleges. Because of this, many students plan for higher studies, certification courses, or off-campus drives after completing the degree. The on-campus placement support definitely needs improvement, especially for technical roles.”

Placement Experience:

My Honest College Experience at CIT(Cambridge Institute of Technology)

Placement Experience:

The students who are studying in 7th semester ( final year) are eligible for campus placements but before that in 5th semester there is pre placement training like aptitude everything. Top companies visit for placement like TCS , infosys, wipro, accenture, capegemini, IBM, techmahindra, Mindtree. Average there are 150-250 offers. Average package is 7-8 lpa. The highest package is 54 lpa at botify company. 85 % of students get placed at cse branch and ai amd ml and civil 30 - 50% . Overall 80% students gets placed. My plan is join a top product based company liek google with a good life.

Great college with poor placement

Placement Experience:

A complete discipline with education

Placement Experience:

The placement are good average packages 8 lakhs highest packages 35 lakhs and the companies include Google ,Microsoft ,service now companies and usually internships are provided as students become eligible for internship after 3rd year percentage of students getting placement 80% my plans still not yet decided
