Course Curriculum Overview

The curiculum is very easy to study and love. Our course curiculum gives us valid reasons to love botany and plants. It occupies many chances for higher education purposes. The teaching method is also very good. For our batch the exams are conducting on time so there is no difficulty in studying.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 2400 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fee is minimal. If we have scholarships then the fees go from it. For one semester the average fee should include in 5000. There are many scholarships like e grands and it offers a good amount.

Campus Life

Our college are conducting many cultural programmes which enriches our talent. There are arts festival, college day, freshers day etc. The library has many books which includes articles, novels, literature etc. And also provide journels, monthlys, weeklys etc. The physical education department is very supportive they make sure that we are giving our best and support each and every sports events as they can. I am a archer and the department gave me all the support they can.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility is clear good. I am staying as a PG in 1.5 km away from our college and the rent is 6,500 per month. The meal quality is very good and they gave varieties of food, no repetition in one week.

Hostel Fee: INR 65000 per year

Admission

My admission procedures were quite easy. The eligibility for the course I am pursuing is 12 th grade, I had acheived 97.5 percebtage in 12 th grade, so for me getting admission was easy. I had attempted many competitive exams and i achieved some of them, but at the end i was afraid to outside of kerala due to the language problem.I applied for the college through akshaya centre and it was a clear cut process. University send me text mesaage when I got the admission.

A Decent College for BSc chemistry students

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choosed this degree for me to pursue higher studies in uk or foreign country to study cosmetics related field. So for that bsc chemistry degree must have But this curriculum doesn't teach something base to that I think so.. For further studies the teachers need improvement to teach certain topics some teachers didn't even prepare to study students and lab safety is not in the lab.Because of the teaching the portions are done in last minutes and often exams are difficult in major subjects so they need to improve their study methods and often approach students nicely..

Why you should/shouldn't join LISSAH

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is almost best. Curriculum doesn't influenced me in deciding this course. Curriculum should add internships. Currently there is no mandatory internship, if students are interested they can do internship during vacations. As we are learning psychology which need to be practiced in real world settings, curriculum must include real world training to help students understand things more effectively. Currently intervel between exams are non existent. Internal exams, then semester exams, you blink once, next internal exams, followed by semester exams. Syllabus is understandable, can learn if you try. Exams are also manageable. Real world examples and stories can be included in teaching methods, as psychology is related to humans and human interaction, to get better grasp of concepts. Rather than focusing on passing exam, should focus on the concepts and understand them in-depth. There are a lot of theories to study by heart. And there are many repetitive topics that overlap, but in different semesters.

Placement Experience:

From semester 5 the opportunity to get a job is out there. Many companies comes to interview and they swlect the apt ones. Sun, Mahendra etc are some of the companies i remember. The highesr package for freshers is like 15000 a month. There is a high percentage of students getting placements its 80-85%.My plan is to study masters.

I chose Bsc electronics, it has an attractive curriculum and some of them are influenced me in some way. The facilities are well-known about the curriculum preparing and all. The current curriculum is good but it needs some changes. Include more practicals is one of my suggestion. Teaching methods are good it doesn't need any change. Exams are conducted by Kerala University, so the college can't do anything in main exams but the college will complete all the portions before the exam date it is sure.

I selected the college because this was 1st rank in KIRF and 26th rank in NIRF when i applied.
