Course Curriculum Overview

i will rate the course at my college is 8 out of 10. The course curriculum was very crucial for the students. The curriculum prepare us quiet averge for the real worls applications or further academic pursuits. I can not suggest the areas because i have to learn a lot before suggesting something. Timing of was good and difficulty level was also average.

placemnts of my college is quiet good. My collge provide campus placements but all the students can not make to that. But after my college i will prepare for CAT examination and focus on doing MBA and targeting IIM ABC

Fees and Financial Aid

my fees was 24720 for the 1st year and 24960 for the 2nd year and hansraj college also provide the scholasip to the students upto 100%. I have not taken that but my friend has availed 100% scholarship. this college rarely provide campus employment opportunities.

I have enjoyed my colleg life very good and also enjoying. I have been a part of many club and all of them are good except 1 or 2 and I can say that Hansraj collge has the 2nd best infrasturcutre in DU.

Admission

Admission process we can say that it was quiet average for me because my batch was the 1st batch which were giving their first CUET. Eligibility of the course was same as earlier that you have to be passed in 12th and you have to chosse subject based on your course. Applicatio form was available on NTA website as CUET was conducted by NTA and aplication fees was 1350 rs and we have given enough time to fill up the form and later they also gave us chance to edit our details time to time. I have availed OBC category reservation which help me to get in college with the cut off of 706 marks out of 800. Timing of the exam was also good as my exam was taken in 2 parts, 1st was on 10 aug and 2nd was on 20 aug. Exam was also average to solve. But at the exam centre there was lagging in the computer due to which i have lost nearly 5 min out of 40min in the exam and this needs to be fix.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very interesting & it teaches you a lot about the entrepreneurship. Specially in the field of commerce it gives you the right information and exposure to the real world. Subjects like Corporate law , business law , Cost accounting and etc teaches you a lot about practicality.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say that SEC and VAC, were added by the university to enhance students mind, but these subjects feel more like burden to the students. And also the theoretical and numerics being taught, are not relevant to todays world, as curiculum in the books is not upto date, The assignments pressure.. and sometimes the fear of getting low marks.

MLNCE - Average but Enjoyable

Placement Experience:

The placement in Motilal Nehru College (Evening) is decent and is led mainly by the Placement Cell. Though inactive earlier, the placement cell has become significantly more active recently, bringing in more internship and job opportunities. Students become eligible for placements during 3rd year. In a good placement season, companies like Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, EY come for Audit, Taxation, Risk Advisory, HR jobs. Other companies like DE Shaw & Co, Accenture, Capital IQ also come during job fairs. Earlier, Wipro, TCS, Amazon, Flipkart have also recruited from the college mainly for Sales, Business Development, Operations jobs. Highest on-campus package is ?18.7 LPA and rhe average package is ?3.6-4.5 LPA. Approximately 40% to 50% of students who participate in the process secure placements. My plan is to get into freelancing after college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In regard to the relevancy of the course Im quite fond of the subjects such as BL CA AND HRM they give us the better insights for both practical and theoritical knowledge making us ready for the "real" world . As For the improvement i feel like there should be some flexibility in GE so that students can choose a sub as per their choice as Hindi is fixed for me which isnt quite suitable for my course and it just drags my CGP down. The frequency if the exam is okay but the timing I feel like its way too fast just after first sem exam we had classes and all test and felt like it went on a spur

Placement Experience:

Placement in SRCC is very amazing, and way beyond the placements of DU colleges. A lot of big big names in Finance, and consulting domain, recruit from campus including McKinsey & Co., Bain & Company, Kearney, Big 4s and all. Highest package is 35+ LPA and Average Package is 10 LPA. I HAVE PLANNED TO complete my ACCA along with a little work experience.

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.
