Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum were according to the course we chose. From the basic to the latest technique, we were taught with practical sessions. Most of the time, machines were not actively used but we were provided different classes during that time

Class Size: 20Course Fees: INR 400000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

At my admission time, Fee structure was accurate as per the standard norms of study. I took loan for fee payment and there was no issue regarding the payment delay or anything. I received scholarships from the college for performing best in my academics.

Campus Life

There were UTKARSH, FREONZ cultural fests in our college every year which came with lots of fun and responsibilities. We had good library in our campus where we would go in official timing to study. Also extracurricular activities and sports was always there whole year. It has a positive impact on every student.

Admission

The admission process was very smooth and easy. All the necessary details regarding enrollment were provided when we first visited the college. We were given full knowledge about the course and it's fee structure. Application form was available online and offline both. We applied online and got immediate assistance after that.

Things to Know about Uttaranchal University before admission.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are quite bad as only a few companies come to our college for placement drive . Students becomes eligible for campus placement from the 3rd year onwards . Companies visited like TCS , HCL and some other not much popular companies visited but this year placement is very low . Our college also fake advertising about the placement they advertise the interships also as placements. 10 to 20 percent in BTech CSE are getting only Placement. I don't know what I will do after getting degree but currently I am doing a side by side diploma from IIT Roorkee to get some extra knowledge and skill improvement for better placements.

GEU and CSE ho hand in hand!

Placement Experience:

LTI, Polaris, Deloitte, Infosys, Oracle, Nvidia and what not are there for placements here. Even the Fintech and finance companies like the Axis Bank, Shri Ram Capital Finance and all are here. Thus, placements worth 10-50 lakhs is quite possible at GEU.

Geu provides best intenrships!

Placement Experience:

In GEU placements are like such that we don't have to bother at all. We are approached by placements cell in the 5th semester and then are trained for the whole month and then university urges us to go for internships to have the required exposure and have a CV which can impress the recruiters first hand. Thus, we get placement which median as of now is 8.5 lakhs.

GEU has the best Placements!

Placement Experience:

McKinsey, Oracle, NVIDIA, Google, TCS, Deloitte and many more come here for placements. Around 15-20 students in 2025 had placements worth over 40 lakhs and four students managed to grab placements worth 50 lakhs or more.

The placements of the students in the college is satisfactory. This year the students of third year grabbed a placement of 18 LPA . Wipro and TCS visits the campus frequently. The highest package is of 43 LPA and the average stands at 6-7 LPA.. the percentage of the placements is nearly 90-95%..
