- The campus and it's greeneries surrounded . Cleanliness is considered very important in our campus which makes it look clean and attractive
- The academics and the environment to study is very peaceful.
- The faculties and every other staff members are very polite and makes sure each and every student is comfortable, getting proper knowledge .
Dislikes
- The campus area is very small. When we go for a walk , the tour of whole campus finishes within a few minutes .
- The food of mess is really sometimes unbearable to eat .
- Our lecture hall is on the third floor , so all the energy that are stored to attend the classes are used up during climbing the stairs to reach the lecture hall
Course Curriculum Overview
The MBBS curriculum helps us to save people lives .It has been nearly 6 months I have joined TMCH in MBBS curriculum and it has taught me how to be skillful and how should have a basic knowledge to tackle a hard situation. The areas that are required for improvement in the MBBS course should be creating awareness regarding donating organs and bodies, so that future MBBS students can dissect more and practice more
Internships Opportunities
The internships provided in our college includes all the clinical subjects to explore and check patients including from obstetrics and gynaecology to psychiatry to medicine to surgery to ophthalmology. Interns develop their skills of practicing by treating real patients and learn how to deal with exposure to diseases and their treatment
Fees and Financial Aid
The government college requires very low fees. My college i.e Tezpur medical College and hospital, a government medical College took the whole MBBS course fees at the time of admission and that was only 25000 . Even the hostel fees is very affordable , I live in a hostel and the fees is only 2500
Campus Life
The government provides all kinds of basic facilities required in a hostel to live. our college i.e TEZPUR medical College and hospital hostel rooms are allotted for 2 students. Each room has enough space and associated washrooms are also there in each floor. We are provided with table , chair , almirah, bed , pillow , mattress
Hostel Facilities
The mess is associated with the hostel itself. Our girls hostel of TEZPUR medical College and hospital is a 3 floored building and the mess is on the ground floor . We are provided with all the basic facilities by the government that are required to stay in a hostel.
Admission
The admission process is according to the placement I have got in the respected medical College based on my NEET UG 2023 score ...My caste was OBC - NCL and based on caste criteria I got Tezpur medical College and hospital
