Course Curriculum Overview

I have always intrested in computer science and coding. And the curriculum provides the course to learn different programming languages in each semester. That is the main reason to choose the course. Each semester end faster. That made a bit difficult. That must be improved.

There are many opportunities available with our college. Many famous companies provides useful internships and other learning opportunities. They provide paid internships and free internships for the students

Placement Experience

College provides campus placement and each year many students get placements for famous companies. From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. 5 percentage students get placed in each year. My plan after the degree is to take an MBA certificate.

Fees and Financial Aid

The annual academic fees is 95000. And the hostel fees for 6 months is 10000. Hostel mess fees is calculated in each month respect to the amount of days stayed in the hostel. There are some scholorship available for the students with respect to their cast, and with respect to their CGPA.

Campus Life

The campus life is very boring. The college only focusing on the academic part. Only two or three days are available for the social aspects, arts and techical festivals. The club involvement is very low. And the amount of infrastructure also is low.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is average. There are four persons per room. And the room facilities are ok for 4. The bathroom and toilet space are not that good. But it is acceptable. The bathroom and toilets are cleaned daily. And the floor is cleaned weakly.

Hostel Fee: INR 22000 per year

Admission

The admission process was based on the score in 12th.The marks in the KEAM exam also considered. The admission process was not that difficult. A form was filled. And small amount of token also given. And there was a short meeting with the manager of the institute.

College Feels Like Home

Placement Experience:

The placement department in our college is great and is always trying to bring good companies to the college. The placement training starts from semester 7. Our top recruiter include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, NocoBD, Delloite, etc. and our mechanical, civil, EEE,ECE all got placements with avg of 4lpa.The highest package where 12 Lpa for SAP. My plans is to get a good job and lead a stable life.

Students in 7th and 8th semester are eligible to sit for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows

My honest review of ICET

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for attending campus placement from semester 7. Some companies that visits ICET are Utc global, Layland, DeltaX, etc. The average package given by the companies are 3 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed are around 40%. I plan to placed at any company.

I had applied for this course in several colleges in banglore and other places. The reason which hold me here is the course affordability and good infrastructure provided by this college. This college offers BTech artificial intelligence and Data Science at the rate of 98500 per year as tution fees while other colleges offer this same course around 200000 tution fee per year which is a better reason for studying this college. The college also provide scholarships for students on the basis of their plus two marks and keam ranks which will cover their entire tuition fee which helps the students to study in a cost effective way and also increase the quality of education.
