The cultural events and sports events are quite good
All the faculties area well educated and friendly with the students
The industrial visits provided in the second year is a valuable experience

Dislikes

Unnecessary penalties are given to students very often
College hostel is very strict and the hygiene is poor
Girls hostel is little far from the college

The course curriculum covers all the essential topics that we need to know. The curriculum is designed to be practical and up to date. This course also provide variety of opportunities including research assistant, technical assistant and teaching staff. They also provide internship programme at the end of the course

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunities very depending on the course. For Bsc physics internship the college provides opportunities to work on research projects analyse data in various institutions to gain practical skills and real world experience from academic learning

Placement Experience

Our college provides good placement opportunities. The placement cell councils the students about available carrier options. Interviews are also conducted select students for various jobs. Almost 90 percentage of students got placed in our college. The salary package starts from 1.5 LPA

Fees and Financial Aid

The college fees structure of 40000 is quite reasonable for the resources and facilities available in the campus. There are various scholarships available to help students financially. Our college also provides employment opportunities by conducting interviews after the completion of course.

The campus life involves different clubs and cultural activities to connect students. The college infrastructure provides modern facilities and resources and is very helpful. The faculties are well experienced in their field. The college organises many sports and games events where university team selection take place. Special coaching camps are held for football,basketball, throwball and volleyball

Eligibility for the course was above 70 percentage in PUC exam. The application form was available online and it was filled online. There was another application form that we need to fill after the interview from the college

Why you should/shouldn't join LISSAH

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is almost best. Curriculum doesn't influenced me in deciding this course. Curriculum should add internships. Currently there is no mandatory internship, if students are interested they can do internship during vacations. As we are learning psychology which need to be practiced in real world settings, curriculum must include real world training to help students understand things more effectively. Currently intervel between exams are non existent. Internal exams, then semester exams, you blink once, next internal exams, followed by semester exams. Syllabus is understandable, can learn if you try. Exams are also manageable. Real world examples and stories can be included in teaching methods, as psychology is related to humans and human interaction, to get better grasp of concepts. Rather than focusing on passing exam, should focus on the concepts and understand them in-depth. There are a lot of theories to study by heart. And there are many repetitive topics that overlap, but in different semesters.

Peekay college, The heaven of studies and programs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course to help others.social service was the main motive. I'm now persuing post graduation because i got best classes from best teachers. Real world applications are that i can be a good psychologist. The exams are gaped 6 months. Difficulty depends on the teachers who prepare the exam papers. But mainly it is syllabus based.

This college is oretty famous in this area , and also extremely affordable in my standards to be honest. I havent applied to any other colleges , except for one that was abroad. I didnt get a reply from that college , so i joined this college , and the decision is not one which i regret i guess.
