The course curriculum is made in a good way. Even the students from other UG courses can even gain an idea from the course in the first semester. The exams are conducted every semester and internal exams twice in each semester.

The college provides good i ternshop opportunities for students. Students has internship or field programmes in each semester of their course. Mostly the students are placed in nearby areas, in different hospitals , panchayat and all.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

The curse fees is 35000 per year which is affordable. Almost every colleges nearby also charges about the same amount for MSW course. The college also gives various scholarship opportunities for students and to gain support through it .

Campus Life

The campus life is almost good as there is numerous programmers. But the only thing is that the social work department is undervalued and is not seen as that of other courses , so there is only less priority for the students.

Admission

The admission process was done through online mode. The application was downloaded from the college website and was filled and given back with an application fees of about 1000 rs. The rest procedures are done through interview and group discussion method. Which are directly done in the college itself.

This Course have lota of job oportunities in the future. I think it will help me to make a good career. This course provide me a 3 days field work in a week. Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of my interest in social work. The university provides faculties with Ph.D., NET, MPhil, etc. Teaching methods by faculties are brilliant. They follow the outcome-based syllabus. Through this students can build their character and qualities like leadership skills, communication, and listening skills. Students have to do internships in different community and psychiatric settings. Students have to submit a desertion at the end of the course. Examination conducted in each semester. Exams are neutral and easy to crack for those who are hardworking.

I selected Marian mainly because it's an autonomous college NAAC accredited with A Grade. The results are published within 1 month. Marian always cares the growth of its students provides support in every spears of life both academic and co cultural activities.the most important thing that I love in Marian is its climate and friendly atmosphere.marian always plays an important role in spiritual life of its students and gives importance to values. The department of commerce is the largest and oldest department of the college. Our department is blessed with excellent faculties and facilities. Other than a degree program the department provides life skills as part of academics and also provides personal development programs which polishes the quality of students. Then the list will be put up and we are messaged to come and meet with the principle, and talk with him about the discipline of the college and many other activities of the college. How joining the college will benefit tye student. My college provides a campus selection option for their students and recruitments are done.
