OVERVIEW OF COLLEGE BIT MESRA

This course basically deals with the chemical aspects and the researches going on in the field of Chemical Engineering. As I have a keen interest on the research field so I chose the chemical branch. Research works are the only ones which is based on real world live applications of this branch. The only area of improvement needed in the course curriculum and teaching methods is that they should focus on doing the practical and research related works more than the theoretical stuffs which will be beneficial for the sake of an individual as this branch is basically based on research and environmental readings.

The internship opportunities are of very fantastic level. It provides a room for the student to prepare properly and take internships of better packages. A variety of companies have been visiting since last times which includes WALMART, AMAZON, FLIPKART, BYJUS, SAMSUNG,etc..

The fee structure basically comprises a amount of approx 16 lakhs for the 4 year BTECH courses including all the charges and it varies for different courses . Being a GFTI it will be much better for the sake of everyone if this amount should be reduced to some extent. Variety of Scholarships are available for students in a huge number and financial aids are also available if needed..

The overall campus life is too damn good. The best thing I ever liked about this institute is the campus size and it's environment. A variety of sports and extracurricular activities are available in a umpteen number. There are different clubs for example: musics club, dance club ,social groups e.g. NSS,NCC, etc. running in the institute The fests are the best thing here ever happens in the east side The technical festival PANTHEON tentatively falls on month of October and the Huge and Boom Blasting, The Grand Annual Fest BITOTSAV tentatively falls on the month of March which makes the college environment and it's connections more better..

The hostels are quite good and comfortable.with double or triple sharings. All the hostels are purely non air conditioned. The mess facilities and different facilities including indoor games and all are being provided in the hostel itself which makes the system better. The meal quality is okok I should rate it 6/10.,

The admission process was quite better which I liked. The eligibility of the course was that someone has to crack the JOINT ENTRANCE EXAMINATION conducted by NTA. The application forms and registration would have been done through jossa and csab rounds and institute own website.
