The infrastructure is good and the faculty is well qualified.

The teaching style is slightly old and not up to date.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course covers the topic in-depth and clears your concept about that topic. The teaching method might seem old to you but you have to deal with it. The faculties are helpful. Exams happen every 2 months and the difficulty level is decent.

Class Size: 84Course Fees: INR 1200000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fees is 100000 per semester and it is in typical range. The total feed will be around 12 lakhs including tution fees and jostel charges for the full course. If your income is than 5 lakhs then you will get some rebate on tution fees

Campus Life

There are mainly three fests- Cultural (Zeitgeist), Technical (Advitya) and Sports(Aarohan). Books are easily accessible in the library. Each classroom has a projector and mics. Almost all sports are available here.

Hostel Facilities

Uou are provided with fan, lights and almirahs in all rooms.The meal quality is good and you can find both vegetarian and non vegetarian food in the mess.Hostels are very much affordable.The hostel is compulsory for all.

Cleared JEE Advanced Application forms can be found on the Jee advanced website and admission in college will be through jossa counseling The exam happens after every 2 months and their difficulty level is decent.

Placement Experience:

The placements at LPU are decent, the University provides placements to almost every student. The placement cell here is really very active. More than 1000 companies visit LPU during placement drives providing average package of 6-7LPA in CSE field. The highest package recorded was 2.5 crore from robotics and automation and 64 LPA in CSE department. 99% of students at LPU get placed. My plan after getting the degree is to join the corporate and work as a SDE or AI/ML engineer at MNC.

Placement Experience:

U will get eligible for placement from the 6 sem and the most of the companies are top companys like Google Microsoft phonepay razorpay and etc and the highest record breaking package is 3cr and recentl the highest package was 2.5 cr and the average pacakege is around 10 lakh per annum all of them from this college get 100% placement guarantee and I have plans to do cds afcat after my degree

Placement Experience:

Only skilled or quality are able to get placed. Usually onwards 6th or 7 th semester, students can be eligible depending on the performances. I can do a job if I like to work there. If not, I will do more internships to get hands on experience.

Placement Experience:

Placements are really great of our college as its avg pakage is of 11 lac from computer related branches. Girls are eligible in second year for inters and for boys its generally from 3rd year because of the reservations.

A GLANCE TO MY COLLEGE

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding and math were the subject that influenced me to take this course we are introduced to python and c / c ++ which are the major languages used in the society for AI/ML. Teachers should be more friendly and try to undertsand the students's prospective also and not rush the syllabus we have our exams every regular month (STs and evaluations and end terms)

I don't like any curriculum in our college one day they kept mid and sem exams on same day to be frank my 1st completed in just 8 months I joined in Jan in August end it was completed my first year actually it should be completed in 1 year .

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester a student is eligible for the placements, companies like TAFE, CLASS, Mahindra and Mahindra and many others come for campus placements. The average package is of 5-6 lacs and the highest package, according to me was gone for john deere company at the price of 15 lacs per annum. The students have 80-90% chances of getting placements. I personally want to pursue my higher studies and work on my future preneurs.

Good and bad of chandigarh university.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in this college in this college previous year average package was 9 lakhs 50 thousand and highest package was 60 lakhs but in this college number of students are very high so competition also increases.

The best out of best about iit ropar

I applied to iit gandhinagar electrical engineering and got rejected as my jee advanced rank was not as par as required to take the course.the admission process of our college is based on an examination called jee advanced and if u get a good rank and pass that examination u can enter our college.i also applied for iit hyd,iit jodhpur etc in which I have got an admission in another branch as I said earlier as I like the electrical engineering branch I joined iit ropar .or college might be worst in sports in comparison to other iits but they are always better than other iits in reasearch orientation side...Read More
