Just Being satisfied with the campus...

To be very honest I chose civil engineering just because someone ( my guru) suggested me for the course. But now I am taking interest in my course and enjoying all the subjects. The thing which is irritating in my college that they take mid sems two times . On the other hand other colleges take only one time. According our mid sem exams also should be at once and each subject should take one day. Our college take exam of two subject in a day which is not fair. Student get depressed. They don't get enough time to prepare for the exam. Because there are so many other curriculum activities available as well in the campus.so this problem should be fixed.

Really don't know anything about it as I am in second year . Will get to know about it in next semester then definitely I will explain. Right now, I have no idea about it. Also don't know about the projects given by professors like which type of projects they give as a task.

Sorry but I don't know more about placements like companies and all stuff. I just know that many students of our campus has been placed. In seventh semester they get opportunity for the placement And in 5th and 6th sem for the internship. In civil engineering, highest package is 40 lakh till now .

Fee structure you may find on the website of college NIT kurukshetra. It is fine as it is categorised according to family income. The range part is little bit wrong like they have not considered 1 lakh in the range of 0-1 lakh which is inappropriate 1 lakh and below one lakh should be one range and above one lakh should be in another range . Similarly five lakh amount should be in one to five lakh category. College has provided scholarship only for sc/st category, not for general one which is also not fair. But I have got scholarship from lotus petal foundation so that my fees get managed.

In first year I didn't explore myself. But now my campus life is really very interesting. I am in two clubs. One is social club named 'Shiksha' in which students of our college teach underprivileged children one hour daily at free of cost. Nursery to 12th class students come. Also some competitive exam aspirants like jee ssc are taught by us. Another club I have joined is 'HLAD' which is a cultural club. Full form is "Hindi Literary and Debating club". This one is to enhance my oratory, writing and Debating skills. I have done anchoring in my college many times as well as some poem performances. Through this club I have built my confidence level as well as creative skills. Also have made good friends. So overall am enjoying this life

Facilities like water, electricity , cleanliness, washroom, rooms are really good. But the quality of mess food is not good. It is unhealthy and tasteless. Registration process for the hostel room is very easy and room rent and electricity bill are also appropriate but mess bill is so much high. The quality of mess food don't deserve that much cost. It is really bad!!

Admission process was good. I cleared jee mains and then got eligible for this college and course as well. Due to corona all documents were verified online at the time of admission. In next semester, they were verified offline. All the admission process was okay. Got college through josaa. A good platform which take care about choice and eligible criteria both accurately. The only thing which I didn't like about the admission process that it took a long time( almost one month) which was irritating. So it should be less.
