Course Curriculum Overview

BCOM hons turned out to be the best subject for me. The faculty members are very helping and patient, they made the subject so much understanding and enjoyable for me that I love to study all day. I have EVS as my elective course in the first semester.

Internships Opportunities

College definitely provide internships to the students. The experience is good and students learn lots of things from the internship program. The salary is average according to the quality of work between a package of 10,000 to 70,000.

Placement Experience

The placement is good for students. They are inviting the best companies of India as well as foreign multi national companies are also interested in the College placements. Deserving students get the best placements from the college.

College Events

The college has different types of societies which organise many events and activities for students which are entertaining and educational. There were fests also and Diwali Mela was organised for students where they can show their talents.

Fee Structure And Facilities

This is very affordable for all students. It is equal and affordable for all category students. The one year fees for BCOM hons course is Rs. 6353. Later the exam fees of Rs. 720 has to be submitted too.

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't know much about it but the college provide scholarship and other facilities to pwd students like computers or cash. Scholarship competitions are also held for students to win cash prizes.

Hostel Facilities

I am residing at the University hostel. The rooms is shared by two students. The price is high for general category students although the facilities are amazing. The food is also healthy and tasty. They give variety of food items with a good taste.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

College is not that much interested in student-alumni interaction. Although they invite the alumni in the event and provide opportunities to students to interact with them.

The faculty members are outstanding at their jobs. They have a very good teaching standard and are helping towards the students. Their interaction with the students is nice and they make every effort to make students understand their points.

Campus placements are average, companies which come to visit are Deloitte, etc. but the highest package offered till now is 3 - 5 lakhs till now. 60 - 70% get placed by the college, otherwise you could always look out for better opportunities yourself and you can also learn new skills, like ai, digital marketing to enhance your cv which could help you get a better job

Roller coaster ride

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester exam you are eligible for the placements in our college and the placements records are also decent in our college around 4 lakhs per year according to my knowledge so far. The highest placements in our college is 32 lakhs per year. There are many companies visited our college some of them are EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, Wipro, Dell, Grant Thornton, TPDDL, Toppr Learning, Byjus, Paytm and Ken Research in the past. Around 85% of students get placements My plans for after degree is doing a secure job.

Well, people have a lot of expectations when they come to take admission in Delhi University College. This college has nothing like what you expect. If you are coming for studies only. Then this is the best option you have. if you want a good exposure and you have others option too then don't go to this college. It's an out off-campus college. If you are getting admission in on-campus clg go for it and if don't go for this at least you are getting Delhi university degree in your hand

I took CPT for ICAI entrance test. I score 108 marks out of 200I opt shyamlal college because it very near to my house. And i want to save my travelling time so that i can do some other short term courses like computer accounting etc. And interview and admission process was so simple.

I like the college life!!!

So, To apply for DU colleges one has to clear the exam by NTA which is CUET and according to the cut off you get the admission and i got 752/800 but being a general category i don't get admission in north campus colleges which is the greatest lack of indian education system. So if you are a general category student don't expect to be in good college even if you score good marks because indian education system always prefer the ST student with 600/800 marks in srcc rather than the general student with 752/800....Read More
