Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum of college is designed to prepare students for real world applications by providing a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical skills. They cover various aspects of business management such as finance, marketing, operations , human resource management also we have ED Lab course which is part of entrepreneurship development which makes it different from other colleges.

Internships Opportunities

Recently we got the opportunity to do project with Tata Advance System Limited ( TASL) for human resource management. Just like this for other specializations students were placed in different companies for internship .

Placement Experience

There are four semesters in this course and from third semester onwards students are eligible for internships and placement. As this is the first year of MBA program in Yashwantrao Chavan College of Engineering students are yet to be placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fees of college is 103000/- . Out of which 62225/- is paid under the TWFS scheme. With this there are other scholarship schemes which can be avail by students and can get benifits and waver in fees according to the eligibility criteria.

Campus Life

Yash is the annual function our college. There are various technical and non technical events such as techfest, Shivaji jayanti, Ad-mad,Bizz-viz, and many more which allows us to grow as well as learn in an interesting way

Admission

The college was new to me and it was eligibility criteria for the MBA course that was having atleast 75% score in MH-CET. The application form details were available on the college's official web site and once you are allotted the college you get all the details from start to end and also if you visit college the college administration also provide you with the information related to reservation benefits, and all the addmission process.

Placement Experience:

After completimg 2sem students are eligible for campus placements. Mock GD and interviews are conducted in 2 sem whivh will be assessed and will affect the overall SGPA. There are multiple companies like JLL, CBRE, Turner and Townsend, AWFIS, C&W, SPCL,GR Infra, GMR, Rider Levett Bucknail, Godrej, ICICI Bank, JWIL, Knight Frank, Savills, Vishwaraj etc. Around 98% of the students were placed from the campus interview. Profiles were for project management. Highest package was 28 LPA by Rider Levett Bucknail.

Throwback to RICS Mumbai

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester students will be eligible for placements The placement criteria for placements is having 6.0 or above pointer in attempted semesters and they have to keep that grade up to the end of the course. The highest package was 30 lakh for Dubai bases company related to Real Estate and minimum Package was 3.75 lac for the freshers in Construction Project Management course. 40% of students get placed while 20% opted out and the rest of the students are still getting placement opportunities from the institute.

The surroundings of our college are very interesting, there are guest lectures, workshops. Also, Fresher parties and all of the other events make life at our college very enjoyable. YCCE College : My Experience

I had applied many engineering colleges in Nagpur including GH Raisoni, Priyadarshini, Ramdeo Baba College, KDK college etc. i got the admission letter from GH raisoni but i go for YCCE college because it has good reputation and goo placements compared to other collges in nagpur. I couldn't secure seat in Ramdeo Baba College of engineering during first and second cap rounds. I applied to Ramdeobaba, G.H.Raisoni , Sipna, YCCE. Got confirmed admisssion for all the colleges except Ramdeobaba. YCCE offers better teaching and placements as compared to other colleges in this list. I got rejected in Ramdeobaba due to the cut-off percentage being too high and me not being able to fullfil it.
