Computer science engineering. One of the best branches of this college. And lots of demand for this branch in the future. ECE is also one of the attractive branches in BCE.

Internships Opportunities

College provides one internship in 3rd year. College provides internship in DVC, DPL, BSPL, Coal India, Also Flipkart and others provide internship.

Placement Experience

Lots of MNC companies came here for placement. A company like TCS, Byjus, Tech Mahindra, Neo Metallic, Amazon are the main recruiter in BCE.

College Events

Robonix, Quzitica, code vision are technical events of BCE. Lost of cultural and Sports events are happening. Frission is 2 days of cultural fests of BCE. Also national service scheme,s programs are conducted in college.

The fee is affordable. 98.3K per year is the fee structure of the BCE. There is no extras fee or extra hidden charges.

IIT KGP: The kgpian way

Placement Experience:

4 yr btech students are eligible for cdc internship from the starting of their 3rd yr(5th sem) and for placement 7th sem. 5 yr dual degree students are eligible for cdc internship from the starting of 4th yr(7th sem) and for placement 9th sem. So many different profile companies came for placements like amazon, google, ibm, apple, l&t, wipro, infosys, texas intrument, etc. Highest package was 3cr and average is about 20-25 lakhs. Insightful Review - Revealing about campus life and academics.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from 7th semeter. Companies visited till now are : tejes - 9lpa, keysite - 7lpa, streebo - 5lpa and a few other product based companies with average pakage offered about 3lpa. Higest pakage - salesforce (32 lpa) off campus, keysite (7lpa) on campus. Last year 60% of total students from final year got placed. My plans is to purusue a higher degree as placement scene of your college is not that great and also i have intrest in ai/ml so i want to study future and dive more deep into its concepts

The course curriculum is not that different from other colleges. At the beginning or 1 st semester we are made to complete the bridge course which basically includes stuff we read in classes 11 and 12. But then also they can't teach properly the already read topics.
