Course Curriculum Overview

Overall college is okay and good at affordable prices. And it is located in bidhan nagar Durgapur so location is not the issue is is in best location in west bengal and peace location . Semester exam is tough in MAKAUT university

Internships Opportunities

Internship will provided by college but you have to built the knowledge and skills to grab the opportunity and you will get the opportunity to get the internship and you should do some projects and do some projects related to own course

Placement Experience

After 5th semester you will elegible for campus placement. After second sem you will get the opportunity for internship. Highest package is 12 lakhs per annum. And average package is 4 lakhs per annum. Recruiting Company like TCS , Vipro

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fees is 6 lakhs for 4 year and hostel fees is 36k per semester. Cse branch fees is differ from other branch other branch fees is like Aiml data science is arround 65k per semester. Scholarships is available for west bengal domicile certificate students

Campus Life

Campus life is good but you will not find more fest and enjoyments you will find little bit pressure of semester exam and but overall it is okay but not so good like other college campus life it is okay to adjust.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel fees is 36 k per semester 72k per year and it is good at this price . Students are likely to belong From Bihar jharkhand bengal most probably and it is surrounded by nice students , helping in nature of warden , food is good and non veg is also provided by hostel

Admission

I have some options but not the best option I choose this for the locality and college fees is affordable price.like 6 lakh for 4 years . Durgapur is good and peaceful place college you will find more students from Bihar rather than Bengal

Faculty students relation is too good all the faculty is too good in nature and helping in nature All the teachers are trying to help the students bring best out of students in results.Exams are conducted in like CA1 , CA2 ,CA3 CA4 and C4 is the final semester exam

Interview Experience

No you will not face this type of process in this college to get admission you will easily get the admission by wbjee rank or through private kota it is easy to get admission in this college and staff members will co-operate you

My academics and campus life at amity university kolkata

Placement Experience:

Yes, there is a placement cell at the university campus. It conducts placement related activities and programs for the students. Students are eligible for the campus placement from the 5th semester. Some companies visit the campus to hire the students. Some of the companies are E&Y, SAP, Deloitte, TCS and they have made total approximately 40 offers out of 100 students. The highest and average package of our university is 28Lakhs and 5-6Lakhs for the role of SDE. The percentage of students getting placements if about 40-45%. The seniors told me that the companies offer good packages to the students. I am in my second year so I do not have much information about it. After completing degree from this university, I'm thinking to appear for GATE examination as I want to do my Master's from IIT's.

My Honest Review For Nit Durgapur

Placement Experience:

Yes our college offers campus placements.Students from 4th year are eligible for campus placements.Many reputed nation and international companies like microsoft,Wipro,TCS, Infosys and many more companies offrers placement every year in this college. arrording to 2025 deta overall placement rate was 82 percent, Highest packege was 80 lpa and average packege was 12.6lpa. My only plan to get a good placements.
