Mess food is very poor in hostel 10 difficult to eat
No option of food for late time craving as there is no shop or store open at night
Collage academic pressure as many suicide occurred due to this

Course Curriculum Overview

NIT kurukshetra is one of the prestigious institute of our country , the B.tech course is one of the best course. Placement stats is very best. Facilities are highly educated all are PHD degree holders. They are well knowledge in their fields and they always try to give their best to all the students. All the examination are held timely, there are 2 mid sems and endsem examination.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 140000 per year

Internships Opportunities

As due to recession no internship opportunity for our batch but for previous batches there are many companies that come like Microsoft, JP Morgan, and many such good companies which gives good package around 1lakhs

Placement Experience

7th sem company started to come. Our college do provide place with avg package of 10-12 lakhs but due to recession it has major impact on placements, many seniors do not get placement or just got package or 6-8 lakhs which is quite low

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fee for general candidate including all mess fee and tution fee for 4 year is around 8-9 lakhs. Over the year the fees remains same no as such increase in fee structure. As because of recession placements have impacte but avg package lies between 10-12 lakhs

Campus Life

Two main fest Techspradha and Confluence. Techspredha is technical fest where confluence is cultural fest. A large amount of books where in library. Many sports activities are there supported by collage and students have a healthy collage life, many societys are there like Technobyte for cs/it/aiml branch student and clubs like photog , MAD etc

Hostel Facilities

For 1st yr students they have only option to opt triple sharing room , and after 2nd yr single room is compulsory. mess food is too average. Hostel registration through online portal via college website on the time of admission.

Admission

Eligibility criteria - 75% in 12th boards for general candidate All the details of examination can be found in NTA website. Reservation benifit are there which Includes reserved seats in college also there is relaxation in college fees.

A walk through Nit kurukshetra

I choose this college cause, I am interested in this branch and I don't have any prior interest in any particular colleges, in this college I am getting the particular branch I am interested in,while there are few colleges which are providing me same branch but they have some limitations like there infrastructure is bad or crowd is not that wonderful like here people are generous and motivated you can't find the same everywhere. Good college for electrical

The admission is only based on JEE Mains Rank. This is a decent college and thus requires decent ranks for good courses. JEE is conducted nationwide by the NTA every year. The process was smooth. You have to first select colleges. You get an allotment and then you verify the docs....Read More
