Course Curriculum Overview

The course includes various aspects of engineering and also includes open elective courses hence providing a wide domain on the courses offered. We also have self learning courses which enable us to learn by ourselves. Although the curriculum could focus on real world and more coding. The exams difficulty level is easy to moderate. The frequency of exams include 2 internals and 1 finals per semester.

Class Size: 73Course Fees: INR 275000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The tution fees for computer science general couse is 2.75 lakhs per year.. The college provides emi, loans from banks and many other options to make the course available for majority of the population. Since i don't have any scholarship I'm not sure about the scholarships but I'm away that if you are from army school or from OBC classes the scholarships are available.

Campus Life

In an year we have college fest, ethnic days etc. we have almost 2 fests a year but we have different hackathon programs and sports and different industrial visits which makes the college life better... There are pretty good amounts of books available in the library and is ofcourse free or cost. The facilities in classrooms are good although they could renovate the exterior.. extracurricular acitivities like sports are employed. There are many clubs like cultural, hackathon etc and many people participate and win award and cash prizes.

Admission

The course is almost eligible for all. Application form is available at the Jain website(the college website). The difficulty of exams is moderate. Some of the areas of improvement for the admission process would be to have more faculties working and there are many students and the admission process does her delayed.

RNSIT : Best college for students

Placement Experience:

The placement cell is very active in our college. Every year more than 30+ companies come to our college for recruitment . Our seniors from 7th semester get placed in many companies and before getting placed in the company our college offers internships to every student. Around 80 % of the students get placed in companies and work efficiently. The average package for civil engineering is 2.5 lakh per annum.

My College Review

Placement Experience:

RIT's placement scenario is very good, even for the most unpopular branches such as Civil Engineering. Starting from the 7th semester, students are allowed to participate in campus recruitment, and companies come to the campus for the entire final year. The major recruiting companies are L&T Construction, Shapoorji Pallonji, Brigade Group, Sobha Developers, Atkins, PWD, and Infosys for the non-core sector. Civil students on an average get ?5–6 LPA as salary, and the highest offer is usually in the range of ?12–15 LPA, depending on the company and the position. Almost 70–80% of Civil students are placed, while some of them go for higher studies or government examination.Site engineer, design engineer, planning engineer, survey engineer, and trainee engineer are the core positions that are offered. Also, non-traditional roles in IT and consulting can be taken up by those who are not interested in core engineering profiles.I will first acquire some work experience in the industry after completing my degree and then will pursue a master's degree in structural engineering to gain further specialization.

Great college with poor placement

Placement Experience:

Placements are the only bad thing about the college . Average ctc is only 4 lakhs per annum and only handful of students get actual placement.and rest get placed in either call center or training companies

Placement Experience:

Actually imnin 1st semester so I aks from seniors so they told me highest PKG of cs branch is 86LPA and machenical is 60 LPA they are off campus package and in campus 57 LPA for cse and they also give minor degree courses for placement chance is increased in cs branch 93 % students placed 125 compony visited in college in 2024-25 I plan I get job after b tech if I don't placed in campus so i tried EAE examination.

Honest review from a student who doesn't hate his college but at the same know there are multiple places for improvement

Placement Experience:

Students become elegible for placements from 7th sem onwards but we are encouraged to do internship before final itself. Most of the companies that come here aren't t1 or even t2. Highest probably would be 12L only if the student is exceptional but most would secure a package 4-6. And the percentage of students getting placed is <50%

Placement Experience:

i have 100 percent confidence on myself and the college placement .because it has 95 percent placement in it sector.the students are eligible from 5 or 6 th semester as of there.there are one of good companies who visit our college like amazon, tata, microsoft some years ago google also visited they tries to contact and give placements to students.it has 33 lakh highest and the median is good enough as 12 lakh anually.
