Vnit nagpur review

The curriculum is great. We can compare it with top iits. It's the same there. Majority of the cs subjects are taught. Professors are experienced. You may have to do self study for many topics though. Classes timings are good. From morning 9 to 1 noon and labs in the evening.

There are many companies coming in college. Some of them are DE shaw, Oracle, Goldman Sachs, Hilti, Wells Fargo, Accenture. Roles offered generally are sde, associate, analyst, associate developer, etc

Placements were good till 2022. Now they are bad tp be honest. Very few companies are visiting who are giving package in dream. Certain good companies like oracle, goldman Sachs, de shaw etc too visit who give hefty pay but they are very less. Also they have reduced hiring much students.

Fee structure is definite. You have to pay 66,850 per semester if you are general, obc. You may get extra benefit if you belong to sc or st category. Many scholarships are there, you can apply any of them. Some of them are mahadbt, fee remesion

Campus life is fantastic. It's the best you can get. You can get all the sports facilities here. We have a separate cricket and football ground and even a sports complex with indoor badminton and tt court. We even have a swimming pool

Hostels are good. We'll maintained. Not that clean but livable. You get portable drinking water and even hot water geyser for bathing. Regarding mess, it's very average. You can expected not so good food. You also get free Lan in your room

After jee mains, we had the jossa counseling in there we had to fill college preferences. I was determined to chose cse only. Due to my 99.31 percentile and obc benefit I got vnit cse in 1st round itself. The application process is all on Jessa website. The exam timings of jee were usually in afternoon with moderate difficulty.
