Our IS Branch Faculty They are Best in Terms of Everything No Attendance issues They all are friendly too
The campus is in nagarbhavi which is just an 8km from Majestic so we are inside town
College infrastructure is being developed

Sport's facility there's no sports facility in our College sports accessories are in college hostel that's it and day scholars are generally not allowed there
Clubs Were Closed due to covid we are trying to restart then hoping it will be restarted

Information Science Course is As Same As Computer Science But The Cut Off Will Be More Than CS Hence We Can Get Good Colleges in IS Branch Rather Than CS Branch We Will Be Having Projects At 6-8 Sem's . IS Branch in Our College is Better Than CS Branch Lectures Are chill and BeT Exam's Difficulty Level is Also Easily Manageable According To Me The Best Course in Our College is IS No Attendance issues No Lecture issues Ntg All Lectures Are Actually Very Friendly And About Teaching it's Engineering We Should Learn Ourselves Never Dependent on Lectures

7th 8 th Sem Students are eligible for campus placement TCS Wipro Hp Infosys Amazon IBM Accenture Wiston CGI Due To Recession Effect Our Placement's Have Been Decreased Significantly . The Highest Package Offered was 25 LPA as per college statistics percentage of students getting placed are on an average of 50 but not exact may be less or more I'm planning to continue in job where I'm placed in internship (off campus)

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution Fees Incrementation Doesn't Have Exact Policy But To Us From First Year to Third Year only 2000 Have Been Increased. The Total Cost Goes Upto 6-8 Lakh Totally 4 lakh College Expenses And Another 4 Lakh Pg Expenses No Financial Aid is Provided by College Our Government SSP Scholarship is Available approximately 18000 we Have GDSC Club in our College other clubs are being started recently no Fund's will be provided by College actually here but we will get support in is branch other branches are a bit tough gravy

Campus Life

Kannada Kalarava, Sanskriti,Mythri are The Main Fests Organised By our College Students And Almost Each Branch Have Their Own Branch Fest Too Mythri is Generally Held For Freshers That is During The Admission Of New Batch Students And DJ Night Will Be There At Sanskriti But We Have to Pay For Our Passes We Have a General Library Where We Can Take Book's for two weeks only if Needed For More Days We Need To Get it Renew in Library No Special Effort Given To Sports Here We Can Play With Senior and Batch Mates But no Special Lectures Have Been Assigned For it

Eligibility Was Completion of Pre University Course That is 12th Examination IS Branch General Cutoff Went Till 15000 Nearly in K-CET Examination 2021 When We Entered The College Campus Whole Details Of Application Form Fees And All Were Provided At The College Entrance Only I Took Admission Through CET Exam it's Not That Tough or Competitive When Compared to jee or Neet one who is Resident Of Karnataka Can Easily Join To Their Liked Clg in Karnataka Through K-CET They Took 2K Fees Extra But They Said To Pay Through Online Mode Only

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say academic wise. There is nothing much happening right now in first year, but then there are many events like hackathons happening where and we can participate and learn a lot even our first year and we have English film and Japanese film, which is basically a whole language club and there are a lot of activities happening such as debate and all, which is obviously helping us gain a lot of public speaking skills and confidence.

My honest review

I mainly choose this college because I felt our college offered more campus placements compared to colleges that I got selected into . I applied to every top colleges for courses such as CS ,IS and AI .But I was mainly aiming to get selected into Nitte Meanakshi Engineering college, SIT institute of engineering , DR Ambedkar Institute of technology, Acharya Institute of Technology , CMR UNIVERSITY . So First I got CMR college in first round , In second round of counsilling I got into Acharya institute of Technology, I though cuttoff would fall for 3rd round so waited for third round and got into Dr ambedkar institute of technology. I mainly aimed in getting selected into SIT college or Nitte Meanakshi college but cuttoff was higher compared to my Kcer rank . So I got rejected from those colleges .I think colleges I got rejected has more Internship and campus palcement compared to our colleges . I also heard SIT college has compulsory involvment of students in hachathon to attend placement classes . Admission process was simple , after i got selected into college I paid government fees through NEFT and brought the receipt and gave it to college where I also paid 12,000 rs towards college . Mainly students get into college but KCET or COMID-K exams . Generally kcet cuttoff was 18,000 for my cathegory and comidk cuttoff was nearly 20,000 . Mainly students prefer KCET as fees we pay is nearly half comapared to comidk exam fee...Read More
