Course Curriculum Overview
I have a keen interest in natural sciences and want to pursue becoming a scientist and related jobs and want to become an analyst and professor and goal is to teach students who really want to learn. The course is being updated for our batch and replaced with the curriculum of engineering physics and many quizzes and mid-sem and end-sem exams are being conducted.
Internships Opportunities
Last year in cse dept highest stipend provided was 2lakh which is huge given by Google as many apply for both in-campus and off-campus placements many companies come here like google delloite and the biggest and most successful branch here is Mechanical where there is a mass requirement.
Placement Experience
From 3rd year you can apply for PPO and placement starts in 4th year many people apply for internship from 2nd year too but to be frank that is not easy as. Competition is too high . average salary provided by the college is decent like 9-10 lakhs in my branch.
Fees and Financial Aid
As per my understanding there is always 5% hike per year which is increased .the cost of education varies person to person as scholarships is being provided to the students with low income. There are many scholarship private and public like NSP and etc. I have tried to apply for teacher in campus as result is not announced can't tell whole
Campus Life
Both technical and cultural fest occur in our college named mind bend and sparsh respectively which is both held in the month of march typically in the spring there is central library int he college which is newly built 2-3years back which consist of more than 100000+ books and journals.many sports and extracurricular activities occur in college like inter departmental and inter hostel games.there are many clubs to inculcate human values etc.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility are descent as usual other hostels there are two people in one hostel of first year and from further u can option for single room by giving some extra money . mess food is overall good but there is no non vet in the mess so many south indian and eastern people should know this. Hostel affordability is good as it is govt college.
Admission
For admission, you have to write a jee examination. There are reservation benefits in this college you have to clear with distinction you have to bring a high percentile. The exam level is as usual difficult. The admission process is smooth if you have a high percentile.
