Course Curriculum Overview
Overall, the course curicullum is really well established as it has been set up since many years at one of the most prestigious university but the only thing is that it lacks is practical approach. Everything is about just mugging up the stuff and student is not paid enough attention to. Also, in today's time, I think the curicullum falls behind the job requirements as the old syllabus continues to be taught.
Internships Opportunities
There is a society called Encode which functions entirely around internships. It onboards companies to provide the students of the college with internship opportunities. The internship opportunities at the college are quite decent.
Placement Experience
The placements in the college are fine. Average package ranges around 4-5 lakhs which is a good number when compared to other universities and colleges. Still, there is alot of scope for improvement as not diverse job profiles are offered and many prestigious companies don't even recruit from the college.
Fees and Financial Aid
The course fees is very minimal, costing just 13,500 for the entire year. The facilities that are provided with just this amount is really good. Also, there are financial assistance opportunities avaible to those who require it. So, in terms of affordability, it is really good. I don't think there are any campus employment opportunities as there is college staff for almost everything.
Campus Life
My overall experience has been fine so far. Since the start of my college, it has been under construction so infrastructure is getting improved but I have not been able to enjoy it so far because it is still under construction. The campus life is good in general and there are alot of societies in the college, which students can be a part of. All these societies are quite active which gives us the opportunity to explore and develop our skills.
Admission
I gave the CUET exam and then after getting the result, I filled DU CSAS form in which I filled my preferences for different colleges in Delhi University and I was alloted my college in the first round itself. The entire process was online and really smooth. My centre for cuet examination was scheduled in a different city and this is was the only thing that I didn't like about the process.
