- Location of college is very bad as it is located at the outer part of the city ghaziabad.
- The Attendance rule is very strict at AKGEC and if ur Attendance is below 75% then u will be not allowed to give exams.
- Placements at Akgec is not so good because of high intake of b.yech students in tech branches
Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus that we have taught at AKGEC is designed by AKTU. There are many branches of B.tech at AKGEC and syllabus for each branch is designed individually. Currently syllabus that we taught at AKGEC is very relevant and According to Industrial needs.
Internships Opportunities
College provide internship opportunities only to few students and sometimes even does not give COP to students who got internship with their hard work. Even there is a rumours in college that AMAZON has black listed college.
Placement Experience
The placements at AKGEC is quite average and average package is nearly 400000 rupees per annum for tech branch students and it is even low for core branch students. There are many companies come for recruitment at AKGEC but only few number of students are selected because of high intake of students in college.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure for first year btech students is 141000 rupees and you need to pay 20000 at counselling process and rest money at College at the time of physical reporting. Fees from 2nd year is reduced by 15000 to 20000 rupees. There is no scholarship provieded by AKGEC but it gives money to meritorious students on securing good ranks at AKTU exams. But u can apply for scholarship at Up scholarship portal according to family income eligibility.
Campus Life
The campus of AKGEC is spread over 28 acres and campus have much greenery and a good playground. But the location of college is not so good as it is located at the outer part of the city ghaziabad. You need to travel pong distances for purchase daily use things. Infrastructure wise college is good as it has good and big classrooms but there are no ACs in classes even at this high fees. But college has much number of innovation centres like bosch and robotic centre.
Admission
First of all we have to fill registration form of UPTC counselling through official website of UPTAC. Then we have to fill application form where we have to give our educational and personal informations. For admission in B.tech we have to give JEE Main exam. Uplaod JEE Main scorecard with application form. Then after few days counselling date declared and counselling starts we have to fill our proritize college and branch in which we want to take admission. Counselling is done in 4 Rounds for private colleges. After getting branch and college we have to go for physical reporting at college that we have got. At physical reporting we have to submit our documents where they physical verified and submit academic fees and secure our admission.
