Overall the northcap University Gurugram is an above average University with supporting faculties that guide us in the right direction.

I took iitjee exam and I scored 60 in jee mains and also I scored 80% marks in cbse boards. The admission is taken on basis of the combined result of boards and jee mains.

The course structure is in a very organized pattern. It is divided in the form of lecture, tutorials, and practicals. Lectures for theory knowledge. Tutorials for practice and practicals for practical knowledge. Also, the college helps us in research and give us opportunities to present our research papers.

The college provides many internships and internship courses that are collaborated with firms like Cisco etc.

There are many big mnc are there that came in our college for placements. Some of them are Delloite,nagaro,yatra,EY, fidilitte, TCS, infosys, etc. The average package ranges from 3.5 to4. 5 lakhs. This time Delloite offered a package of 6.2 lakhs. Yatra gave a package of 7.1 lakhs.

There is a 3 days cultural fest organized in the college. This is a 3 days fest with competition like dances,singing, war of dj and bands, stand up comedy. It also has games like lucky draw, food stalls, etc. Also Tedx which is an independent event is also organized at a very professional level.

The fee structure is little bit expensive. As we all know that this is a private University and also a renowned on so its expenses are little bit high than other private institutions. The fees goes above 2 lacs per annum for btech computer science and engineering which excludes transportation charges.

There are scholarships offered on basis of jee mains marks and cbse board marks at the time of admission. Also there is a deans list which gives scholarship to students who score more than 9.5 cgpa in college at end of every semester.

There is a cultural fest organised in our college in the last week of October or in first week of November. inter stream competition are organised every year. Also there are very strong teams of different sports like cricket, football, basketball etc that are able to compete at different University levels.

The hostels are outside the campus but have tight security and strict rules. Nobody is allowed to move out after 9pm.Also ther food ofbthe hostel mess if of high quality as it is prepared in college canteen only. The college canteen if a very good canteen.

The best part about the college is that the seniors are not like seniors. They are like they are studying with us in same class. There is no ragging or something like that.

The labs for each course are held once in a week. The exams are held in 2 stages. First are mid semester exams that are called as minor exams. The second are major exams that are end semester exams. Also apart from that there are online tests, practical exams, assignments and presentation also.

Once the admission forms are out then I had filled up the form and a list of shortlisted was out on the website.on the basis of jee mains score and cbse board marks. Then we have to go to the college to confirm our admission and pay the fees. Also if we don't get our desired stream then after some days a second list of student comes on the basis of no of seats in desired steeams left.

The college has a very interactive and supporting faculty. They always stand beside us whether in studies or in extracurricular activities. The faculty here is highly qualified with a great experience of both teaching and research. They have great practical knowledge.
