Course Curriculum Overview

The course is so demandable . When I was in class 10 I heard that the many companies like OIL,NRL give placement of a person complete this course.so I thought that I will also prepare entrance exam to getting this course

The placement of our college is too good .there are many companies coming our campus.the companies like OIL,NRL and many other companies which give many job in our college students.the average package of our college is 5 lakhs

The admission fee of Assam engineering college almost 35000.the college provided many scholarship.I also applied a scholarship NEC .and the campus emploment is so good .the campus is so good in Assam engineering College

The campus of Assam engineering College is so good. it is surrounded by the hills and dipor bill and the guwahati university.the infrastructure of the Assam engineering College is so good .the campus is situated in pollution free area

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility of our hotel is too good .the superintendent of our hostel is friendly.the room of the is to large .they provided two tables and chair .there are two almira in our room .the bed quality of our room is too strong

The admission system of our college is online.we counseling for fixed a situation .after that we getting a situation we coming the physically to college for admission.there are a entrance exam which name CEE(combined entrance exam) held by government for all government engineering college.and we need to appear this exam for fixing a sit in a government college

Placement Experience:

The college placement aren't much in our college because our college is too deep inside the area it's like a village area companies find it difficult to come here. Companies mostly come for chemical and mechanical engineering students to hire them. For electrical and civil you have to apply off campus. I don't know the highest package from our college but the recent package that was offered by mahindra to mechanical engineering students was 19000 per month. Atleast 35% students get on campus placement. My plan after degree is to pursue mtech or maybe BFA in Seoul, South Korea or maybe find a job outside india

Placement Experience:

The placement of this university is not upto the mark. The highest package recieved by a student was 37 LPA. He was an ECE student. The average LPA is around 6-7 LPA. I think it's a bit low compared to NITs/IITs. But compared to other central and state universities its quite good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is btech and since it is an IIT the faculty are the best in their fields profs here have done PhD from Stanfords of the world and the prof-student ratio is very healthy. Although there are a lot of exams in the ballpark weekly one or the other exam will be there and the exams are very tough but grading is relative.

You are eligible for internship placement in the 5th semester and for the full time, you're eligible for campus placement in the 7th semester. 223 offers were made for 22 pass out students. Some of the companies that visited our campus are Amazon Deloitte ZS Associates Tekion Mindtickle Gamescraft. The highest package was 61.5 lakhs and the average package was 15.34 lakhs. 95.12 per cent of students got placed. My plan after college is to work as a software developer.

My college experience

Admission is based on the scores obtained. admission using their JEE scores, entering through the CSAP round and JoSAA counseling. The college provides category-based benefits for SC, ST, OBC, and EWS candidates. The cutoff marks for the college typically range from 120 to 130 out of 480. Only the top-performing students in the entrance exam are admitted to the college.
