the course curriculum is good and helpful to students. it is a stress free curriculum i have ever seen. faculty are great , they are decent and well manneered and supportive . the difficulty of exams are comparable to iit's.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 507000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

fees structure is bit high,its arround 5lpa , but there is a scholarship for the students .The eligibility critiera for the scholarship is, the student who have their family income less than 8lpa. For a student who placed in this scholarship the fee fees is 2lpa.

Campus Life

there will be two college fests every year ,one in every sem . it may be a cultural are tech ,propoble both in alternate.there are many students clubs in both sides of tech and culture , students can attractivly participate in those clubs.

Hostel Facilities

hostel rooms are very comfortable and spacious. There is no problems like water,electricity and accommodation size.But food is not appreciatable and the affordability is also bit high. 2lpa for three share common bathroom non a/c(common accommodation).

Hostel Fee: INR 200000 per year

Admission

Manipal admission process is very comfortable for us. for details, you can visit manipal counselling website. application fee will be 2000RS. there will be two attempts. Eligibility will be upto 15000 rank.

i would rate 3/5 because we want more systems to do our work as well as labs too,the main thing is we dont have that faculty compare to other department their are only 4 faculty,so they can't even able to take extra class for us ,so this is the main problem in our deparment

Good for you if you want a degree and want self learn

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are no such specific of the curriculum that influenceed me to take these course instead i was interested or kneen to this course., since my childhood I wanted do this course. It's good in terms of virtual world but not for real world. Everywhere there's a need of improvement no practical knowledge is present here no one talks about new ideas not even they think about even some of them came because it costed them low. No such specific difficulty.

The students from the last year that is seventh semester are allowed to attend the placement given on campus. There are not so many campus placement available. Many companies such as tcs, wipro and other companies basically giving less salary compared to other colleges. There are many few students who got placed in the companies through campus placement hence it cannot be trusted completely. My plans after getting a degree is to get a job or even higher studies of possible. The average students getting placed are very low.

The Pros and Cons of being a student at MIT Manipal

I tried JEE but could not secure a good enough percentile to get into prominent NITs. MIT Manipal seemed to be better than any of the cet colleges with only the course fee being slightly on the higher end. I applied to SRM and VIT, both of which i got accepted into, but opted out as it seemed like both of these colleges rely heavily on student intake and are money minded. MIT Manipal has an exam called the MET which is based on a jee scheme (+3 -1). In my year the only marks required to secure a seat in the college was the MET but the scheme has changed and now board marks are also taken into consideration. JEE percentile can also be considered if the student secures above 95 , but most students take MET and are given ranks according to it....Read More
