Course Curriculum Overview

I choose DATA SCIENCE under COMPUTER SCIENCE because it is the future and have good scope in future and it will help me to get higher studies like MSE i was not knowing about this my sister's friends recommend me to get this branch as it has good scope and future

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 180000 per year

Internships Opportunities

In our college Maharaja institute technolog MYSORE we get good number of intership and many companies will offers to do interships my own sister did intership in TCS and got certificate and got experience in the job

Placement Experience

Currently in our college Maharaja institute technolog mysore are very poor only 20% of seniors are placed and we are news atonomas and we could expect more placements in over up coming years and i am passing out in the year 2028

Fees and Financial Aid

My yearly fees are 185000 I am studying under the DATA STRUCTURE branch I dont get any scholarship We should travel minimum of 35km daily because of the distance of the college from our area

Campus Life

The infrastructure in our college, the Maharaja institute Technology, Mysore, is quite good. Labs are big but limited systems for students to use, and it is all old versions bit difficult to use them, and there is canteen in our college, good but small space

Admission

In Mysore, there are only a few colleges with good education at no 1:we get SJC at no 2:we get NIE at no 3:we get vidyavardaka at no 4: we get MITM and so on I did not choose the top 3 colleges because they have a huge fee structure and high maintenance so i choose this college it fit in my budget.

Faculty

The teaching quality is good with friendly and highly qualified teacher and lectures. They help students enhance in their educational studies .Semester exams are bit easy but the corrections are maid difficult because they need money. And passing percentage is above 35%

Night Life

There is college library and it will be open and close in the college hours only annd there is gym in our college only for hostel once and there are both hostel for girls and boys They are let out but our parents must tell them about it and there is timings for it

4 Placement Experience:

From the 7 th semester students can get eligible for placement and internship from the any semester if you become capable. Companies like Google, microsoft, dell,capezimi comes in our college and make offers around 1000 every years. Around 80% students are getting placed in our cse department. My plan is to take placement from this college on a higher note.

My Honest Review of My College

Placement Experience:

- The students become eligible for placements from the 6th sem itself. - There are lot of companies ranging from Samsung to Infosis to TCS which provide a package ranging from 4LPA to 34LPA. - Highest Package (This year): 34LPA and Lowest is 4LPA. - Students placement stats: Around 80% students get placed - My plan is to get into a good Product Based Company after my degree.

placements of pesu campus is really good thus securing us the spot of top 3 colleges in karnatake, apple and ibm also hire from pesu which is very hard to find in india colleges. highest cse package in 2025 is around 54 lakhs and average is around 12 lakhs. percentage of students getting place is comparetively low with around 60%,my plans after getting degree are to hopefully to be placed in campus placements

The placement at SVIT Bengaluru area quite impressive , especially in the technical field like Computer science, Civil, Electrical and Machanical Engineering.The college has a dedicated placement cell that students get the best opportunities for internship and final placement .At SVIT , Students typically become eligible for campus placement from the 7 th semester . However, the placement cell starts preparing students for interview and skill development from the 5 th semester onwards though mock interview , resume - building workshops , and personality development session.SVIT Bengaluru has strong industry connection , especially in the IT and engineering sectors .some of the companies that regularly visit the campus recruitment includes. TCS , Infosys , Wipro, Congnizant, Accenture,IBM, Capgemini ,Tech Mahendra , Amazon.High- package : The highest salary package offered in recent year was around 15 - 18 lakhs per annum for candidates . Placement Experience:

Out of 400 students only 150 were placed and few still didn't receive their offer letters yet. I didnt get placed so it was very hard for me to get a job. When the placements started the whole world was going on recession that had very bad impact on us.

Placement Experience:

There is college placements in here. The students studying in 7th semester are eligible for campus placements. They should also not be having any backlogs. There are various companies that visit our college. Some of them are Infosys, Wipro, L and T, TCS, Anventure etc. On an average around 70% to 80% students get placed who are eligible for placements. I actually plan on joining a IT company for a reasonable salary just for experience purpose. And then pursue higher studies

One of the best colleges or universities for B Tech and pocket friendly

Placement Experience:

The College was there for more than 10 years , but there was only Post graduate courses available , like M-tech , Msc , etc. The College for B-tech has started just before 2 years , there are no batches which has been output till now. The students are also waiting to see the batches to get output and see the placements taking place. As a student I am also eager about the campus placements.
