Course Curriculum Overview

Electronics and communication is a branch of engineering where it has huge variety of opportunities to develop our skills and can move to any of the field such as hardware or software companies . Lectures used ppt presentations to understand the concepts

I am a student a Maharaja institute of technology mysore, pursuing Electronics and communication engineering . With a CET ranking of 2880 i secured a seat under SNQ quota, paying ?58000 per year .However i have noticed some of my friends in same branch are paying ?120000 per year. I am curious to know more about the fees structure and potenial differences in facilities or services

Campus Life

In our college they provided a huge buildig for library where they provide the book such a related to our branch, comic books , newpaper everything Extra cocuriculum activites provided was sports They did many functions such as freshers party etc

Admission

I appliled to this MITMYSORE and some of the other colleges such as pes , jc , nie , vidyavardhaka etc but as i applied for mit college first i got seat in that college itself with the snq quota Bus facility is provided in this college Coming to the admission process students have to clear the entrance exams such as cet , comed k

Faculty

All the faculties including the HOD of our department are good lecturers . They had taught us very well . Students who felt the particular subject is tough lecturer made a huge effort to help them in unique way and made it easy

Night Life

Library is open from morning 9 am to afternoon 4:30 pm Campus timing was also morning 9 am to afternoon 4 pm There is open are theatre where cafeteria is also provided by some snacks and juices They also provide a canteen

4 Placement Experience:

From the 7 th semester students can get eligible for placement and internship from the any semester if you become capable. Companies like Google, microsoft, dell,capezimi comes in our college and make offers around 1000 every years. Around 80% students are getting placed in our cse department. My plan is to take placement from this college on a higher note.

My Honest Review of My College

Placement Experience:

- The students become eligible for placements from the 6th sem itself. - There are lot of companies ranging from Samsung to Infosis to TCS which provide a package ranging from 4LPA to 34LPA. - Highest Package (This year): 34LPA and Lowest is 4LPA. - Students placement stats: Around 80% students get placed - My plan is to get into a good Product Based Company after my degree.

placements of pesu campus is really good thus securing us the spot of top 3 colleges in karnatake, apple and ibm also hire from pesu which is very hard to find in india colleges. highest cse package in 2025 is around 54 lakhs and average is around 12 lakhs. percentage of students getting place is comparetively low with around 60%,my plans after getting degree are to hopefully to be placed in campus placements

The placement at SVIT Bengaluru area quite impressive , especially in the technical field like Computer science, Civil, Electrical and Machanical Engineering.The college has a dedicated placement cell that students get the best opportunities for internship and final placement .At SVIT , Students typically become eligible for campus placement from the 7 th semester . However, the placement cell starts preparing students for interview and skill development from the 5 th semester onwards though mock interview , resume - building workshops , and personality development session.SVIT Bengaluru has strong industry connection , especially in the IT and engineering sectors .some of the companies that regularly visit the campus recruitment includes. TCS , Infosys , Wipro, Congnizant, Accenture,IBM, Capgemini ,Tech Mahendra , Amazon.High- package : The highest salary package offered in recent year was around 15 - 18 lakhs per annum for candidates . Average package: The average salary package offered is ar8 4- 5 lakhs per annum. The placement rates at SVIT is consistently high . On average , around 80-85% of eligible students get placed in good companies.

Placement Experience:

Out of 400 students only 150 were placed and few still didn't receive their offer letters yet. I didnt get placed so it was very hard for me to get a job. When the placements started the whole world was going on recession that had very bad impact on us.

Placement Experience:

There is college placements in here. The students studying in 7th semester are eligible for campus placements. They should also not be having any backlogs. There are various companies that visit our college. Some of them are Infosys, Wipro, L and T, TCS, Anventure etc. On an average around 70% to 80% students get placed who are eligible for placements. I actually plan on joining a IT company for a reasonable salary just for experience purpose. And then pursue higher studies

One of the best colleges or universities for B Tech and pocket friendly

Placement Experience:

The College was there for more than 10 years , but there was only Post graduate courses available , like M-tech , Msc , etc. The College for B-tech has started just before 2 years , there are no batches which has been output till now. The students are also waiting to see the batches to get output and see the placements taking place. As a student I am also eager about the campus placements.
