Everything is good about this college except the fact that the parking area of this college is not well maintained. The management is every department is organized and good.
Entrance Preview
The entrance exam I gave was IPU CET(Indraprastha University Common entrance Test) for B.Com Hons. My rank was 1509. I opted for this particular college because from all the colleges affiliated to IPU, Vivekananda is best for commerce.
Course Curriculum Overview
BCOM HONS is basically a more sophisticated version of BCOM. Here the subjects are taught in excess detail. It basically focuses on preparing the student to stand tall in the finance sector and have the requisite knowledge. BCOM hons is a very good course for students persuading their career in a corporate world.
Internships Opportunities
Our college provides a summer training program which essential for a student of BCOM hons to do. It is usually unpaid but comes with numerous benefits. It adds to our CV. The company was chosen by our college also holds a good image in the market. It is fun working in such training programs, there's a lot to learn and endure.
Placement Experience
I am currently not placed as my course is still left to finish. But there are great opportunities provided by our college. Our college ranks 2nd in terms of job placement. The companies that recruit in our college are usually high end companies and offer good Salary and handsome perks.
College Events
Our college has numerous societies which keep on conducting fests and events on a regular basis. Such events are a treat to the eyes. Moreover, the college conducts an annual fest named SPANDAN which is conducted on a large scale with celebrities as chief guests. And last but not the least, the college conducts Farewell each year.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees of the college are neither feasible nor expensive. But for college like Vivekananda, it is worth paying for. The college has an amazing infrastructure and a clean environment. The fees of the college are around 80 thousand per annum and it may vary according to the course.

Unfortunately, there are no scholarships available in our college. However, there might be a loan facility but I haven't availed any.
Alumni/Alumna
Personally, I know only a few senior students of my course. I regularly contact them for help with my subjects. They are quite helpful and friendly.
Admission
I got admission through an entrance exam which is called IPU CET. After scoring an handsome rank AI I was selected for 3 rounds of counseling. And on the third round of counseling I got Vivekananda as my college. Student has to deposit 40000 and in order to enter into three rounds of counseling failing which the student can only participate in spot counseling which is held after 3 rounds of counseling.
Faculty
Our college is filled with Mhd, Phd's holder teachers. The teacher are well informed of the subjects they teach and show keen interest. They develop a friendly relationship with students to make students more comfortable in clearing their doubts. Overall the faculty is very good.
