The college campus is good And the students are helpful.
The teacher are very helpful and the teaching styles is so good..

The rooms are good But there need lot of improvement.

Course Curriculum Overview

Because I loved the subject mathematics so I choose this course.. We have 5 faculty members in our department. Almost everyone cleared their PhD and they teach in a decent way. Betten 3-5 months exam were held and it's so difficult without regular studys.

Class Size: 35Course Fees: INR 5000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Annually the fee is around 5000 rupees. The fees cannot be hiked suddenly. We get Swami Vivekananda merit com means a scholarship But we can't apply for the scholarship due to the delay of results publishing. No, we didn't get any jobs from campus.

Campus Life

Vision year of VM fest. Their is no tech fest in our campus in recent years. The library is so good. their is lot books. The class room are decent. Yes, our college students participated in NCC and lot of sports activities. Our college union is run by our college students

Admission

12th pass minimum 70% for OBC students. IN Online mode we get the application from. Application fees are around 3000 and the application date is 12 July. I am an OBC candidate but have enough numbers so I don't need the reservation benefits. yes, the payment process for admission is improving.

SXC Kolkata is a gem of a college.

Placement Experience:

Computers are so vast that masters is mandatory and therefore I have certain plans for that. However big scale IT companies come here and students of Computer science Hons have had placements worth 6-10 lakhs easily. My plans are to appear for the job interviews but not taking any as I want to study more.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum was well-structured, and each semester, there were projects and presentations that also helped to test our knowledge. I got influenced as the curriculum provides us with financial economics, political economics, and Applied mathematics. The level of the exams was decent, related to the course. They could improve in teaching more practical knowledge and projects related to that, instead of only learning in a theoretical way.

Placement Experience:

Placements and job oppurtinities are less since this is an undergraduate college offwering honours degree. Though there is a placement and career councelling cell that looks over this matter. Placements are offered only in a few subjects, such as industrial chemisrty and computer science. The rate of placements are very high and come with high packages. Though I am not interested in placements, but I have started taking preparations for compititive exams. Such preparations are very supported here, rather than jobs and placements.
