Course Curriculum Overview

Maths and computing is a great branch. In my branch we not only learn theroetical concepts. I learnt about puchikayala rohith because he is in mnc branch. He I s topper like sundar pichai and will bring revolution to the field

Campus placemnr tcan be neglected because placement is for toppers like puchikayala rohith not for you. Become. A stand up comedian because engineering is not for you. Fees and Financial Aid

In iit ropar., cost is about 10 lakhs for 4 yrs. This is not excluding hostel and mess fees. Mess is quite bad. Fee hike is negligeble because this is a government college so dont worry about fees because you get interest free loan.

Zeitgeist is our annual cultural fest. Many celebrities like puchikayala rohith, dj rhear and samay raina came to our college. F To be honest fest is crap and waste of money. But gives us a chance to connect with students of other colleges

Hostel Facilities

Room is double room. But six people come and sit in my room. Room is quite small. They did scam as they converted the single rooms to double rooms this is really bad as they took fesss they it is to promote bonding but this is a piece of shit

Admission

Jee advanced, I jee advanced is one best exams in the world. It has good subjects like mathematics, physics, chemistry. I hate chemistry. I hate organic chemistry.i like maths. Exam should be based only on maths

A balanced review of Academics, Exposure and Campus Life at LPU

Placement Experience:

Mostly from the 5th Sem (3rd Yr) students are eligible for their placements and can participate in the coming drives. Alot of companies ranging from Amazon to Infineon come every year and max package of 3cr has gone and an average of 12LPA mostly is attained by the students.

CHITKARA - NEW LIFE BEGINNING

Placement Experience:

Placements at Chitkara University are decent for CSE AI ML. Students are allowed to sit for campus drive from about 7th sem. Many tech and service firms visit like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, Capgemini, and some product firms too. Offer count is good for CSE branch each year. Avg package is near 4 to 6 LPA for most roles, and top package can go much higher for select students in dev and AI roles. Around 70 to 80 percent students get some offer if they meet skill and marks rules. The place cell gives test prep, mock talk, and resume help. After my degree, my plan is to get a dev or AI role first, then grow skills and later move to a higher tech role or MS study.

EXPLORING MY POTENTIAL

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester (3rd year) onwards, and internships often start from the same time. The placement season runs in the final year with companies visiting from October to March. Big companies like Amazon, Adobe, Deloitte, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, IBM, Microsoft and Oracle come for drives, and many smaller firms also hire. Highest packages reported recently are up to ?1.11 crore (mainly from Amazon), and average packages across engineering are around ?8–10 lakh per annum. Placement percentage is pretty high (80–95%) if a student actively participates and prepares well. Many students get placed on Day 1 itself during drives. Most offers are in software development, IT, data roles, consulting and product teams. Top companies also give super dream offers (10 LPA+) to a good chunk of students. In short: campus placements are strong for CSE/AI-ML if I prepare well. The support from the placement cell helps with training and interview prep, but final results still depend largely on my skills.

The best out of best about iit ropar

I applied to iit gandhinagar electrical engineering and got rejected as my jee advanced rank was not as par as required to take the course.the admission process of our college is based on an examination called jee advanced and if u get a good rank and pass that examination u can enter our college.i also applied for iit hyd,iit jodhpur etc in which I have got an admission in another branch as I said earlier as I like the electrical engineering branch I joined iit ropar .or college might be worst in sports in comparison to other iits but they are always better than other iits in reasearch orientation side...Read More
