College playground gym and equipment provided

The course I choose is completely of my choice the faculty and students ratio is good like 6 faculty for 50 students the exams are conducted in a very good manner like making it easier for the exams who studied course properly

The internships are offered in the 7 sem and every student must make an intern to graduate from the college the project are helpful for students for the further jobs the interns are offered in big companies like mostly feel like the real job

The compines visit our campus are Microsoft Amazon Google TCS Infosys Tesla mahindra swiggy Zomato and ola uber and many other companies the highest package was 67.9 lakhs per annum alomst most of the students get placement

Fees is a complicated thing that you would get know when you join one ,the scholarships are given from the college and from the national level considering the requirement the fee we pay is quite reliable and reasonable

Campus Life

Tech fest and music are very good engagement of the students to conduct the programs the Library has all types of books forball the courses it is a big library and a high tech are used in the library sports and everything are fine

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is has many rooms and the spacing is good all the facilities are available in the hostel like computers and tv and reading room .the rooms affordable and best for everything the mess food is boring you can go and eat outside

Admission

course registration is quiet boring like finding good course is a difficult task and the reservation was better for us to avail the benefits the improvement I suggest is to get better course offering methods

from semister 6 students become eligible for campus placements and companies loke bank of america , google microsoft etc visited for campus placements and the highest package is about 54 lakhs where as average is 11 lakhs and about 98% of the students are placed

Placement Experience:

The placement here is top notch. This year in my campus the highest CTC offered was 56.5lpa by PALOALTO. Placements process is centralised at coimbatore though. Students are eligible for campus placements from third year or s5. Average package in computing department ranges from 10-12lpa. My plans after degree is to pursue MS: opportunities of which are provided by the college itself. In computing department almost 90% of the students have been placed according to the seniors I talked to. However it is lower in other streams.

Placement Experience:

As of what i spoke to the seniors they said that AI students got better placements compared to Core students and the average package is around 9LPA for CSE branches students and 7LPA overall for all the branches and there is CIR foundation classes where they teach us how to improve our communication skills and How to create a resume right from first year itself according to seniors it is very helpfull

An aspiring first year student’s review

Placement Experience:

Civil engineering is a course with least placement in every engineering colleges. Students are placed during their fourth year in college. Sobha Constructions Ltd is one of the main companies that visits college. 200000rupees package is the average package offered. Les than 25 percent civil engineers get placed. I plan to prepare for GATE exam and pursue more in this course.

I have choosen this college because it is of top 5 NITs and i am getting a good branch. I have apllied for remaining top nits also, but i got this for my jee mains rank( i couldn't make to other top nits because may be of lack of good preperation for jee). When compared to remianing NITs, this college has everything that every other NIT also have, the sports facilities here can be improved. Life at NITC by Vimosh Kumar

I wanted to get into Mechanical Engineering in any of the top NIT's so applied for all the NIT's in the NIRF ranking order with mechanical in every college so after the counselling happened to get into NIT Calicut. The admission process is through JoSAA Counselling where students come to the college after getting alloted but before that the student needs to clear the JEE Main Exam to get admitted into the college. Accordind to NIRF rankings this is the top 27 Engineering college in India and top 3rd NIT. Admission process is only through JEE Mains Exam. You need very good percentile to join this college. Nit Calicut very good placements too....Read More
