IMI New Delhi overall review

Reason for choosing PGDM course - Because it is the flagship course of IMI and one can get exposure to all specialization in first academic year and then can chose to do major and minor in any specialization Faculty to student ratio - around 1:8 for first year students and if considered both year students then can go upto 1:16 Qualifications of faculty - Almost all professors are PhD Teaching method - Fairly good Exams - There are total of 6 terms in 2 years. End terms happens at interval of approx 3 months and midterms at an interval of around 1.5 months

Around 50+ companies visit campus every year for summer internships with various roles like sales, relationship manager, consulting,Business analyst, Financial planning and analysis etc with average stipend of 30000 per month.

from 5th semesters, students start to get placed. Till now for 2022-24 batch, around 50+ companies visited campus and around 250+ are placed Highest CTC - 43 LPA, Avg CTC - 17 15 LPA, Min CTC - 8 LPA

Fee structure - Fees for PGDM was 19.25 Lakhs without hostel accomodation for 2022-24 batch with increment of 5% every year. If taken hostel, could go upto 25 Lakhs Scholarships - There is Scholarship opportunity for Economically Backward Class whose family income is below 8 lakhs. This would be given to around 10-15 students based on composite score Jobs - Internship stipend can range from 0 stipend to 1.5 lakhs per month. Final placement CTC could range from 8 LPA to 43 LPA

Annual fest - Kritva which happens in month of Feb. Along with this, every club and committee organizes their flagship event throughout the year Books and library - Books are available termwise before the term starts and library is amazing Amenities in class - 1 Digital screen, 2 large TV screens, 1 camera, and 60 movable chairs in each classroom Extra curricular activities - 1 sports room having 1 pool table, 2 TT tables, carroms and many more, 1 basketball court and 1 cafe inside campus, along with 1 doctor Social clubs - Finance, marketing, economics clubs etc, Admission committee, Alumni relations committee, Corporate relations committee etc.

Eligibility - Bachelors degree with min 50% aggregate marks in any discipline Entrance exam - CAT, XAT, GMAT Work Ex - Experience is not mandatory but could strengthen your profile Application fee - Around 2000 per applicant Shortlisting - Done based on academic background, work experience, gender diversity, Test scores etc. Cut off - May get interview call above 80%ile but for conversion, 85+ is good enought
