Remarks

IMI Delhi is one of the best institutes for management education in the country. It has a rich legacy, corporate backing, illustrious placement record and a great pool of faculty. The process initiates each year through CAT and GMAT.

Course Curriculum Overview

IMI Delhi has a very comprehensive and rigorous management program that apnaa over a period of two years. The institute follows a tri-semester system. The average faculty-student ratio is 1:50. There are two examination sessions in each term.

Course Fees: INR 850000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Apart from placements, the institute also offers great internship and live project opportunities to the students. Prominent organisations such as Wells Fargo, ICICI Bank, etc. offers various opportunities for the student.

Placement Experience

IMI Delhi has a very splendid placement record over the period of time. Prominent and well established business organisations such as Reliance Industries, Tata group, etc visit here for placements. The average package is approximately 11.9 lacs per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for the two year post graduate diploma in the management program is approximately 16.1 lacs. This fee is exclusive of any hostel or residential charges. Students can get easy education finance and loan from all major banks.

Campus Life

The campus of IMI Delhi is situated at the prime location of the Qutub institutional area in Delhi. The institute is well equipped with an audiovisual classroom, digital library, data and computer labs. There are many student run clubs and committees for cultural and business activities and events.

Interview Experience

After the shortlist from CAT/GMAT cutoffs, the further admission process is followed by group discussion and personal interview. The topics of these rounds range from academics to general knowledge, current and business affairs.

Curriculum of this college follows almost all the important aspects which are needed to step into the real world of business. In every semester there are two types of subjects. One is practical and the second is theory. In 4th semester their subjects like statistics, managerial economics and financial accounting which will really help us to understand the business world. And in theory subjects like marketing, human resource management, organizational behavior are very important. Study is mainly focused on case study basis which helps how we can apply these concepts in the real problems.

IIFT:- THE MOST UNDERRATED BSCHOOL IN THE COUNTRY

Placement Experience:

The placements of IIFT DELHI are at par with some of the old IIM's like Lucknow, Indore, Kozhikode. Iift is beast when it comes to finance and marketing. Every major international bank and every hedge fund visit the campus for recruitment. Also IIFT caters to some trade companies that only recruit from this college and don't visit any other campus in India. Last year 102 companies visited the campus , the median package was around 26 lakhs and average was around 27 lakhs. Highest package stood at 85 lakhs. And 100 percent placement was achieved. I'll be most probably going for working in a bank or a hedge fund after the degree

Great Learning

Remarks:

You get an opportunity to learn and become a more responsible person. You need to attend classes as they carry marks but you also need to be active and do other things as well in order to learn as many things as possible. It teaches you a lot. Since the infrastructure is shared with other courses also, at times it becomes difficult to get access to seminar halls and other things.
