Campus, faculty, and overall everything.
Campus life is very busy . You get 9-5 lectures+ practicals.
Infrastructure is very good and the course is worth pursuing. It has a good scope and opportunity if you are interested in working in food industry.

Dislikes

The term exams are held very frequently and sometimes students gets very less time for preparation of the exams.

Course Curriculum Overview

There are well qualified faculty for every paper and they are always helpful to the children. The term exams are completed on time. And one should learn from the basics to pass the exam . One who is a graduate of food tech can find the term exams easy but the graduates who are not from food tech background can face difficulty. So first of all start from clearing your basic concepts.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Many food and beverages company visit for internship. Stipend is 10-15000. The students who are doing internship in the food company have to write thesis on there work. The aim of the internship is to learn about practical knowledge about working with machineries , equipments, new technologies, and quality control in food industry.

Placement Experience

After completing 3rd semester, students are eligible for campus placements. Many beverages and food companies visit for campus placements. Average package is 2.5 laks and highest package is 4-5 lakhs. 75% students get placement. My plan after getting the degree is to pursue PhD.

Fees and Financial Aid

The per semester fee is 35000 . With caution money 5000 and University fee 5000 (only for 1st sem). You can apply for UP scholarship if you are a citizen of UP. There is a college scholarship too, if you are a graduate of University of Allahabad, you can apply for that .

Campus Life

You'll get all the required books and journals in the library of the department. AC classrooms with proper lighting and seating arrangement. Smart classes for better explanation. There are different sports ground in the campus and various sports tournaments takes place . One who is interested can take part.

Admission

Eligibility of the course - graduation in any field of sci with chemistry as one of the subject. The application form is available on the college official website. Check official website for details regarding reservation benefits and application fee.

My honest opinion about my university

Course Curriculum Overview:

Yes tha curriculum are well structured and good for every exams because I have to go to civil field that's why I chose due to there interdisciplinary studies and connection to every exams and filed The curriculum is good and prepare for rural society and also provide further research opportunities for future in the rural technology and society The curriculum needs to be for technical and entrepreneurship based There is 3 hour exam for semester and the level of questions paper in exam is moderate to hard .
