Course curriculum is well planned and focus on overall learning of a student . I choose Mechatronics as it deals with technology 4.0 which will be on a boom in near future . Faculty is good and quite friendly. Usually every teacher teaches from a ppt except for few . Term exams are held in December for odd sems and in may for even sems . They are well set papers and is quite tough to score good marks .

There is a club for internships in manipal called IESTE you even get foreign internships . usually majority Internships are paid . You just need to have you basics and you are off to a company to gain experience

Placements are quite good when compared to other private colleges. From Sem 6 you become eligible for your placements . A good amount of students get placed in the companies from this institute. Many companies and well known brands come for recruitment.

Fees is comparatively on a higher side when compared to other institutions. Total Cost of study for 4 years including hostel and mess will be around 1800000. Some financial assistance is given to students whose annual family income is less than 800000.

Campus Life is good. There are 2 fest one is Techtatva(Technical) and another is Revels( cultural) . There is a very big library and you may spend your entire day over there. Classrooms have AC and are well maintained. For sports there is Marena and swimming pool and block D recreation center .

There are many types of hostel which you get on the basis of your MET rank in first year and afterwards you get them on basis of your CGPA . Meal in mess is quite good and you get North Indian food . ISHWAR NAGAR is a good locality if you want to rent a pg or room

Yes there was an entrance exam called MET . Application form is available on official mahe website. There is no reservation. Application form fees was 1500 and the exam conducted was in the month of June . You also need a minimum of 60% in your board exam .
