Course Curriculum Overview

Courses are upto date and very usefull in really life. Faculties are well experienced with great knowledge in their respective field. grading of courses include project, quiz, assignment and class participation so students can get max out of each subject.

Fees and Financial Aid

Imi have some tie-up with some private and government Bank and the loan process are very easy to opt. They also provide 100% fee scholarship for few students how belongs to ews and OBC . Imi has 6 term format nd the total fee is around 20lacs

Campus Life

20+ club and committee. Imi is a student run campus where every event and compitition are organised by student which gives a lot of real life experience and knowledge. The only con that I fell is infrastructure they don't have any playground and hostel room are small

Admission

XAT with 94 percentile and followed by interview process. IMI doesn't have any reservation but they have scholarship for OBC and ews. Workex might play a role in the selection process. min cat or xat cutoff might be 85 percentile.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is highly Economics focused hence the name Business Economics. Its a plus point for people coming from Economics background however others struggle a bit. All in all one needs to study really hard.

Placement Experience:

Till the time of writing, I am in 3rd month of my 5 month last semester and in my class about 60% of my batch is placed. You have to submit a student body fee of 40000 a year to be eligible for taking placements as this help out in having events organized outside the college. As there is no placement cell provided by DU, our student body is mostly run by students. Currently highest package offered was about 27 lpa and roles that have come are management trainee, Junior Data scientist, risk analyst etc.

Placement Experience:

The university provide both the internship and placements opportunities to the students. For summer internships the companies start visiting the campus after 4-5 months from joining the college and everyone is eligible for that. The 2 month summer internship is mandatory for every student. And for final placements companies visits in the last semester of the course. The highest package for MBA is 23 lakhs and average package is approx 7-8 lakhs. The placements rate is approx 70-80% In terms of ROI college is good.

IIFT:- THE MOST UNDERRATED BSCHOOL IN THE COUNTRY

Placement Experience:

The placements of IIFT DELHI are at par with some of the old IIM's like Lucknow, Indore, Kozhikode. Iift is beast when it comes to finance and marketing. Every major international bank and every hedge fund visit the campus for recruitment. Also IIFT caters to some trade companies that only recruit from this college and don't visit any other campus in India. Last year 102 companies visited the campus , the median package was around 26 lakhs and average was around 27 lakhs. Highest package stood at 85 lakhs. And 100 percent placement was achieved. I'll be most probably going for working in a bank or a hedge fund after the degree
