College with good infrastructure, and having A aggregation from NAAc having a wonderful environment for the students who can enjoy studying with fun having a vast Library infrastructure and also good sports ground for basketball football cricket and very good faculty from IITs NITs mix of local college.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are good internship opportunities available for different courses across colleges. For the civil eng course, they take site visits and vice versa for different courses around 15 days to 1 month if I remember correctly.

Placement Experience

6th semester onwards place is going to start for the students many companies are visiting the campus around 500+ companies. Usually, there are no core company jobs hardly in nos. But for IT you will get many companies from BWS to Boshe Mercedes to Tata Infosys etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

Good college with great demand for courses and it has quite more fees they charge a little bit more for building funds as I remember the infrastructure is good and the faculty is good no financial assistance from the college.

Campus Life

Social college life is something you cannot compare with other colleges. Wonderful experience there are many clubs inside the campus. No of fest tech summit oranova fest annual fest may more. college has quite a good term with football

Admission

There were competitive exams conducted by govt of Karnataka named CET for engineering. You need to have a PUC or diploma from a recognized board. You can avail reservation too sc st OBC EWS I used the Hyderabad Karnataka reservation also OBC quota to get a seat in this college Back then if you had a 10000 CET rank you would get this college

Interview Experience

3.5

As I remember there were no group discussions interviews or written tests whatsoever for admission just visit the reception counter and give the valid documents they asked to register the forms as formality and pay the fees to get an admission copy.

Good College with Supportive Faculty and Decent Placements

Placement Experience:

Placements at RNS Institute of Technology are good. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th or 7th semester. Many companies visit the college, including IT and core companies. Some of the common recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and a few core companies for EEE. The average package is around 3 to 5 LPA, and higher packages are also offered for top-performing students. The highest package can go much higher depending on the company. Around 70–80% of students get placed, mainly in IT roles. For EEE students, core placements are limited, but there are good opportunities in software roles. The college also provides training and support for placements. After completing my degree, I plan to get placed in a good company and build my career.

Placement Experience:

Most of the students get placed from the campus placements. Students get eligible for campus placements from the fifth semester. Companies like HP, Infosys, Wipro come for recruiting and make offers from 3L per annum to 30 L per annum. Around 70 percent of the students get placed through campus placement. I plan on working for a dream company after completing my degree.

About my college

Placement Experience:

After completion of the course students are divided to teachers and the food industries are come to college and interview us and the student is eligible they can select. Some standard food related companies are visited nestle, ITC mysore , sulawines and some other companies also. The CGPA of the students is 7.5 or more is good below this also get selected but more than 7.5 is good. My plan is after completion of course then do work and get some experience in the industries and some of the time I am going to select a product and launch it over the world.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very unique, and very new, we are not taught irrelevant subjects and topics like every university does, Polaris school of technology (PST) is a new gen college which mainly focuses on tech, producing the best engineers not amongst india but amongst the world, it's aim is to produce engineers who are better than IITians and MITians, all these specifications influenced me to choose this course/curriculum When it comes to real-world applications, Polaris school of technology(PST) gives us real-life problems and scenario based projects through evaluations which help us in the future and helps us to build a proper approach for problems and train us to be the best. We have two main exams per sem which would be conducted every 3 months that is ½th of the sem, we have a total of 8 sems, so total 16 exams, our exams would be difficult for other college students, but not for us as we have the best mentors.

I had some priorities in the colleges and I placed the colleges in the same order Dayananda Sagar College of engineering was in my 6th option and after me getting my ranking i saw the previous year cutoff and I was sure that Dayananda Sagar College wil be the college i will get according to my option entry and my rank And i was also fixed to this college itself I didn't see the above 5 colleges as my option because my ranking and the college cutoff was not matching and had great difference and i didn't got admission to any other college i directly got admission in the same Dayananda Sagar College after the allotment through the dcet exam I wrote the dcet exam after completing my diploma they take the average of last year of diploma and the dcet score and average them and give the ranking these are the main criteria and the college gives space for students according to the categories given from the government for each category certain seats should be given to those category students itself like that...Read More

Review Of Dayananda Sagar College Of Engineering.

I choose this college because of the location and the placements. The college is 45 years old and has a good connection in the industry. The placements are also decent. The location of the college is really beautiful. One will find all the necessities near and around the college itself. I didn't perform well in my jee examinations, but my comedk exam went well, so I came to this college.
