the infrastructure of manipal institute of technology
the campus life in mit manipal is great.
the course i have chosen is very interesting and the labs are too

Dislikes

the pricing of the hostel in manipal are too much
the food at mess is not great there could be more variety
i would like it if there was a more accessible mode of transportation to classes because the journey is long

Course Curriculum Overview

i chose this course becaus i found it very interesting the faculty to student ratio is okay one teacher teaches a class of 100 students the teaching method is interactive and involves self learning topics the exams could have longer breaks and were hard to pass

Fees and Financial Aid

the fees is comparatively expensive in compared to other indian colleges but since it's a private college it's about averagely priced. i did not have a scholarship or a financial assistances or a job i got on campus.

Campus Life

the activists conducted on campus are very nice and they occur quite often as well the library consists of all the resources you need the extracurricular activities in our college are also great since there is a wide variety to choose from

Hostel Facilities

the rooms are adequately spaced and neat meals at the mess could be better but it's not too bad hostel affordability is difficult as it is quite expensive i have not rented a room i live inside mit hostel.

Hostel Fee: INR 200000 per year

Admission

it was good, application form will come to your email, the fees and dates will also be mentioned in email. i did not have reservation benefits no improvements. I was eligible to do the course as i had completed school

I would say academic wise. There is nothing much happening right now in first year, but then there are many events like hackathons happening where and we can participate and learn a lot even our first year and we have English film and Japanese film, which is basically a whole language club and there are a lot of activities happening such as debate and all, which is obviously helping us gain a lot of public speaking skills and confidence.

Manipal, Student Life You Do Not Want To Miss

I applied for PES and VIT besides manipal and was able to secure a seat in both of them but chose MIT over these colleges because it is more credible and from research provides better packages, courses and options.
