I chose this college because this was the best option I had among others that I got accepted into. Comparing to others, MIT has much lesser intake and a much better campus life. I made it into all the private colleges that I applied to, but not colleges like NIT and IIT Other colleges I got accepeted into are BITS, VIT, CET, LPU, Thapar. I didnt choose BITS because of the higher fees. Eligibility criteria of MIT is 60 percentage in boards and students have to write MET, our entrance test, there is 50 percentage weightage for boards as well....Read More

I chose this college because of its academic reputation and the course which i was offered .i was also offered chemical in bitspilani but i had no interest in chemical branches.also other colleges i applied took a long time for to release results and were conducting mutiple rounds even after i joined this college .and I submitted the fees for manipal .rejection from some a tier colleges came soon after jee results were out i was self aware that this rank i would not be offered with a good college .mit counducts two rounds of paper once before your Boards and other after boards best of two scores will be considered for councelling.eligibility is above 75 percent in maths and physics chemistry manipal only accepts admission through met manipal entrance test.cuttofs for these exams differ every year .overall experience was 8/10...Read More
