Uniform for students in college is what i dislike
No such clubs and society's made for more socializing
Too strict for attendance and doesn't allow for internship opportunities

I wanted to study and explore the technology world so IT was the right course to choose The student faculty ratio is 11:1 The faculty is highly qualified and knowledgeable This college is where actually study happens Exams were all university organised and level of exams are easy to moderate

After 6th sem campus placement starts Companies like Nri fintech, Cognizant and mindtree visits our college. Highest salary offered last year was 10.5 lpa Almost 80-90% students gets placed My plan is to go for higher studies

There is a immutable fee structure so no chance of fees hike On campus placement is same as every other tier 3 colleges. Avg 4 lpa College doesn't provide financial assistance But college ensures you at least a job

Campus Life

Campus life is nearly boring No events take place No tech fest No cultural fest From last year the freshers started but not worth the hype Classrooms are good Good amenities Sports and extra curricular activities are greatly supported No social groups or society present here

Admission

In my time the Wbjee rank required to join IT dept of STCET was around 10k to 50k . You can join by giving entrance exams like Wbjee and Jee mains and put your seat selection choices wisely There are no such reservation benefits provided only in case of TFW seats the fees of the sems are less.

Should I Choose IEM.

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for placement is from 3rd year,with tier 1 companies visiting like Google, Amazon along with mass requiters like TCS, Capgemini, Wipro etc.Last year heights placement package was 72LPA offered to 15 students and average was 2-3 LPA.

Okay college and decent placement

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is same as all low 3 tier colleges which is nearly 4-5 lpa average salary given by mass recuitor companies .The companies are infosys , ltimindtree , accenture , ibm , capgemini , cognigent , etc .The placement rate is nearly 60 to 70 percent.

Heritage Institute of Technology: A Detailed Observation

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements from third year that is after 5th semester. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant and IBM are amongst the mass hirers. Almosy 80 percent of the students get placed every year and the top 10 percent of the students receive high paying job offers. The average package is around 4.86 LPA and in 2023, the highest package was 16 LPA and in 2022, the highest package was 44 LPA. Talking about my future plans, I wish to pursue my masters abroad after completing my undergraduate course here.

Placement Experience:

Despite the low fee structure, my college provides a good placements. Almost every student of CSE Dept who sit for placement, gets the placement between 4lpa - 6lpa. Last year the highest package was ?12 lpa. ECE department has the lowest percentage of placements. And other engineering departments have between 60-70% placement. All the mentioned above is the description of in campus placement. Not many students of my college opt for out campus. But if they do, they get good placements as per the reports. In 2021 a student secured the job in Microsoft, with the placement of ?45 lpa (out campus).
