The library section of our collect where it is very hard to access the books and other test papers.

Course Curriculum Overview

This course is mainly chose by me due to my passion for coding and get a good job in it companies. Our faculties is well educated with degrees of various fields including PhD. The semester exam have an gap of 4 months between them.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 680000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of the college is of total 680000 rupees.For boys it is 85000 and for girls it is 80000 rupees. The course fee structure is highly accessible for every Guardian as well as students. For further scholarship details the details is available on college websites.

Campus Life

The college campus is very clean and tidy. Annual fest includes many fest including technical and cultural fest. The sports department is quite good as it host many inter department competition including football, cricket and volleyball. Our college also provide many clubs for coding as well as many art and craft purposes.

Admission

The exam was given by an online portal method. There were mcq questions on the subjects of physics, chemistry and mathematics. The eligibility for the exam is 12th percentage more than 65 per cent.

Placement Experience:

At JGEC,campus placements begin mostly from the 6th/final year semester,when students become eligible .I recent years many well-known companies have visited such as Pinnacle Infotech,Synnova Gears & Transmissions Pvt.Ltd,,TCS,Jyesta corporate Entity and many more.The highest package was around 54 LPA form Google ,While the overall average is 10.2LPA.Many students also take internships, industrial training or prepare for higher studies(GATE) rather than accepting direct placement immediately.The exact percentage of student getting palcement is no where.But last year the percentage placed is 70%.

Placement Experience:

Placement opportunities are overall good, students can apply for the placement form 5th and 6th semester and can get PPOs's companies like Microsoft, google, amazon comes during the placement season and every year, so many students get placed even with a package greater than 2cr INR. Overall the placement percentage of the college is good for both the core and non-core courses almost near 90%. All the students in there 3rd year i.e. in their 5th or 6th semester are elegible for campus placements. A few companies which visit the college are TCS, WIPRO, TECH MAHINDRA, INFOSYS, IBM, COGNIZANT, HUL, HCL, INDIAN OIL, MITSUBSHI, NJ INDIA, D-POWER,ETC. all the companies offer placement. highest on-campus package = inr 33 lakh where as the average is around 6lpa. Adamas University, The abode of learning

I had applied to IEM kolkata, The Neotia University and brainware university simultaneously. I chose this college due to the excellent placements. I didn't take admission to IEM kolkata as the fees were really high. Also, i didnt take admission in The Neotia University and brainware university due to their not-so-efficient placements.
