Likes

Internet connection is best with great download and upload speed
Rooms are quite spacious with great furniture
Infrastructure of campus is on another level, it feels like I have entered an it hub

Dislikes

Library is still not available due to construction
Swimming pool is too far from hostel and the water is not temperature regulated
Canteen doesn't have any good quality food or snacks

Course Curriculum Overview

Because I am in Engineering Science department, I have more options on course selections and subsequently many professory. The faculty to student ratio is around 1:38. Faculty members are highly qualified with their abroad PHD

Class Size: 34Course Fees: INR 300000 per year

Placement Experience

Google, Apple, and Amazon are few large companies that visit during placements and they offer quite good package. The highest package would more than 1 crore and the average package would around 12 lakh per annum. I wish to do PHD after my bachelor's

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is not expensive and at the same time very expensive. But ITR returns help many students who have financial trouble. The freelancing helps in ends meet. Personally I didn't apply for any scholarship

Campus Life

Two major fests in IIT Hyderabad are Milan and Elan. They have sports competition as well as cultural and few technical challenges. Library is under construction, but temporary library is great with awesome books

Hostel Facilities

Hostel rooms are spacious, they have bed chair table and wardrobe. The food is quite good but sometimes we have to just eat. Hostel and mess registration is quite simple. I don't think I can afford to rent a room or PG with these amenities

Hostel Fee: INR 30000 per year

Admission

Admission process was smooth, but because of many choice available at that point I felt Stressed. Reservation benefits are good and I think wee needntonspread awareness on admission process of Indian institute of technology Hyderabad

Placement Experience:

Placement opportunities start from the semester, with companies that have visited our college including Accenture, Capegemini, and Amazon. Training is provided from the first year, focusing on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). Students qualify for placements based on their performance in monthly and weekly tests. There are two groups: one is called the Product Batch, and the other is the Service Batch. there is a 40% of students getting the placements my plans after degree to get a good placement from college.
