Likes

Some faculties are very helpful. They help us .
There is a badminton court in which i like to play badminton.
There is a common room where TT and carrom are available.

Dislikes

There are no any tech fest held in our college.
All faculties are not good. They can't solve our problem so avoid us.
The college is very vety strict. They always called guardian for a small mistake of student. They think that one and only solution is guardian call.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because I love coding and I want to make my career on this. The faculty and student ratio of this college is not ok. The no. Of teachers is small compared to students. All faculties are not good but some faculties are really good and helpful. There are 3 exams in one semester CA3, CA4 ,and ENDSEM. To pass Ca exams you can read one day before exam but in semester exam you have to do hard work to make a good CGPA.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 380000 per year

Placement Experience

From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. The companies visited in our college are Wipro, Mindtree, Infosys etc. The average package is 3.5-4 lakh. 75% students getting placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is not so high compared to other private colleges. I am a general student so I don't get any financial faculties. This college doesn't allow internships. The placement is started in the beginning of 4th year.

Campus Life

This college is not conducted any fest. There are only two programs one is farewell and other is freshers party which is started from this year. In library books are available. The classrooms are 70 sited. Annual sports are hold. There are not any social group, clubs or website for students run by students.

Admission

No, the admission process is okay. But I think there are need to improve the placement facility and infrastructure. College is very strict and very conscious about students' outfits. Students must save their beards and there is also a uniform of this College.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant and useful for us.They teach data structures algorithm that is very important for college placements and they also teach os, networks and other usefull things that is very important in computer science.They provide very high quality labs and the whole college has a good internet connection.Tecahers are very educated and good they helps us and teaching in very good way .The exams time schedule is also very good if there is any problem the college will change the exam date that is really a good thing.

Story of hit

Placement Experience:

The campus placement from recently past years is slightly good . Like tcs infosys cognizant ibm Capgemini like companies comes every year with good placement and capsitech gives you internship from 3 year . From 7th sem you are eligible for campus placement in 2025 the avg package is 5-7 lpa and Highest lpa is 75lpa . My plan is getting good job in good company

Placement Experience:

7th semester is when the students get to sit for placements. I am not sure about the total no of companies visited but I am aware of the name of few companies like IBM Infosys Wipro Capsitech Tech Mahindra cognizant etc . Mostly the girls are 100 percent placed cause there is diversity hiring. Mass recruiters is what visit our campus mostly.. I personally would look for a job after graduation highest package offered displayed by college is 75 lpa but I don't think so it is real. Maybe someone had worked hard and got placed off campus. On campus highest isbi guess 12-14 lpa

Course Curriculum Overview:

- I choose Data Science as it is new to my college when comparing with the other branches. The curriculum is just okay it is not per industry standards but if students deep drives in each aspects then they are likely to crack GATE exams. - The whole curriculum needs and improvement from the very 1st Year and removal of irrelevant subjects like Discrete Mathematics, Electonics, Biology for IT branches are required. - Semester exams are conducted every 6 months and CTs are conducted every 2 months

NIT Durgapur:-A wholesome Insight in the college life and it's different aspects

Placement Experience:

For campus placements student become eligible from the 7th semester onwards and for internships student get eligible from 5th semester onwards. Wide no of companies visited our campus around 180+ and made around 580+ offers to the students. The highest salary was 58LPA which was offered by DE Shaw and the highest accepted salary was 51LPA in Microsoft.The average package rolls roughly around 10-12 LPA.The profile offered include SDE roles, management roles,finance in some cases.The overall placement percentage was around 80% with Branches like electrical and metallurgy moving above 90% followed by CSE and ECE in the mid 80s while for biotech and civil the placement percentage are generally below 70.My plans after getting the degree is to land a job offer from on campus placements.Therefafter maybe look out for and MBA from top B schools of india.

placement is very good in this college many tech giants vist the campus such as google microsoft delloite apple tata steels, thhe average package is about 16 lpa highest is 80lpa approx 148 companes visted this year and total offer for cse is 157 out of 190
