At first you must give wbjee exam than qualifying this exam under 30000rank u can take admission in this college. Then you take part in counseling proceeds and then finally get this college. In this way you can take admission in this college

Course Curriculum Overview

The faculty and students ratio is 4:1 that is quite good, the teachers are helpful and highly qualified. The are very friendly (except 2-3 teachers) , the internal and sem exam r quite good standard..

Placement Experience:

At JGEC,campus placements begin mostly from the 6th/final year semester,when students become eligible .I recent years many well-known companies have visited such as Pinnacle Infotech,Synnova Gears & Transmissions Pvt.Ltd,,TCS,Jyesta corporate Entity and many more.The highest package was around 54 LPA form Google ,While the overall average is 10.2LPA.Many students also take internships, industrial training or prepare for higher studies(GATE) rather than accepting direct placement immediately.The exact percentage of student getting palcement is no where.But last year the percentage placed is 70%.

Overall the placement percentage of the college is good for both the core and non-core courses almost near 90%. All the students in there 3rd year i.e. in their 5th or 6th semester are elegible for campus placements.
