Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum consist of entire civil engineering. The course would be beneficial for the people who look forward to work on core branches. From basics to high level concepts are delivered.Faculties are doing good. Some more practical works should be included in ciricculum

Class Size: 63Course Fees: INR 8200 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Since it is a government aided collage the course fee is 8200 per year and it is affordable. Since I have annual income greater than 16lakhs I was in eligible for scholarships. scholarships are based on income criteria

Campus Life

Campus was pretty good. Library with wide varieties of books are there . Infrastructure of collage was great. Technical education was provided at an accurate manner . Two fests tech and arts. Technical fest "Takshak" conducted on month October and arts fest "Sanskriti" on march.collge promotes all types of co ciriculur activities

Hostel Facilities

Collage hostel was good . The mess was also nice. Rooms and toilets were cleaned regularly. The rent for a month is around 5000rs. Study hall is provided at top. One single rooom is allotted for a single student.

Hostel Fee: INR 60000 per year

Admission

I get into this collage by Kerala entrance examination(KEAM). I have got a descent rank of 7980.I have applied to the examination through the official website for entrance examination under kerala higher education board.

College Feels Like Home

Placement Experience:

The placement department in our college is great and is always trying to bring good companies to the college. The placement training starts from semester 7. Our top recruiter include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, NocoBD, Delloite, etc. and our mechanical, civil, EEE,ECE all got placements with avg of 4lpa.The highest package where 12 Lpa for SAP. My plans is to get a good job and lead a stable life.

Students in 7th and 8th semester are eligible to sit for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows

My honest review of ICET

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for attending campus placement from semester 7. Some companies that visits ICET are Utc global, Layland, DeltaX, etc. The average package given by the companies are 3 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed are around 40%. I plan to placed at any company.

Navigating MACE: A student's journer Through Campus Life, Academics and Oppurtunities.

I chose this college over other colleges primarily for its autonomous status. This allows MACE to have more current and industry relevent curiculum unlike colleges with fixed university syllabus. Admission to MACE was based on keam rank. Although I had a good rank, it wasnt high enough to get my preferred branch in NIT calicut or CET.
