Then, based on the application details you filled out in the portal, the IIT Delhi administration will shortlist you accordingly for the interview. If you avail for any reservation, you need to upload the category certificate along with the other educational and extracurricular activities. Then, once called upon for the interview, you need to submit the original documents along with a photocopy for the submission to the admission cell. The admission is not solely based on your CAT score, your work experience, PI, extracurriculars, and hobbies also will be looked upon for the admission.
Interview Experience
After getting Shortlisted, it was carried on with a Personal Interview Round. The PI is mainly conducted by a panel of 4 or 5 members among our esteemed faculties. They initially started with an introduction question and then will later on carry on from the introduction given by us and also focus on the awareness about the recent news and the knowledge we have in our expertise and UG streams. The Department Admission Committee will attach a Compendium along with the Interview call letter, which includes the recent developments and other Global and Local events. The way I prepared was by first analyzing my strengths. I read newspapers daily to keep in touch with recent events and also framed some personal basic questions like Tell me about yourself, Why MBA, and about my UG graduate degree stream basics. It helped me come up with a good Introduction that focuses on my skills.
